Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

I had a really nice stay, the place was super clean and cozy. The host has fixed the water issues and the water is clear as sky :) The place has a very calm neighborhood. Will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Tempatnya nyaman ditempati, kamar cukup luas, mudah ditemukan, pemilik tempat sewa membalas dengan cepat, modern dengan kunci kartu, fleksible checkin, free minuman

My parents, sister, and I stayed here for two weeks in February 2025. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away, and it was easy to order taxis and motorbikes that would pick us up from the door. We felt safe walking around during the day or at dark. The house was very clean, and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The showers all had hot water, and we were grateful for the air conditioners in each bedroom and the two main living spaces. We were incredibly pleased with the responsiveness of the manager, Aji.

Saya tinggal disini 5 hari 4 malam bersama anak saya yang berusia 2 tahunan. Overall kami & anak happy disini, fasilitas sangat memuaskan. Ada kolam renang anak dan kolam dewasa yang sangat luas. Playground untuk anak2 bermain. Kemudian posisi tower apartment juga sangat strategis. Dimana jalan beberapa langkah bisa menikmati breakfast di tobby estate. Serasa semi2 di singapore. Untuk kami yang berasal dari kota kecil, Sukabumi. Tempat yang saya rekomendasikan untuk bawa anak2 senang. Di MOI ada Little Planet, Funworld, Playtopia. Pasar MOI banyak sekali dengan pilihan makan. Di bawah apartment di lantai GF juga ada Familymart dan ATM. Saya rasa fasilitas disini dan lokasi sangat amat bagus. Ada mesin cuci yg bisa dipakai, host juga menyiapkan babychair untuk anak saya. Microwave. Kompor dan banyak persediaan galon air. untuk biaya parkir dihitung perjam berjalan. Tapi kami tidak masalah. Just info tentang parkiran. Thank you kami happy sekali.

Fijne plek, alles binnen loopafstand. Verhuurder is super attent en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader voor een ieder die jkt bezoekt. Bedankt Novi en tot ziens!

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

房子干净明亮舒适。公寓楼就在老中国城牌坊进去几百米右手边的高楼，附近是法塔西拉广场。下楼几步路就是大家常刷到的老城几家热度高的冰室、咖啡店等，还能买到传统糕点、零食，所在公寓楼也有ATM机可以取款。 房东姐姐耐心、亲切，有求必应，还有负责清洁的Desy，漂亮可爱乖巧。总之这次住宿体验感很好，我想下一次再会雅加达时，我依旧会选择这里！ 再次房东姐姐和Desy带给我和家人这样美好的住宿体验，就像在家一样舒适！

Feels homey and tranquil here. The supermarket just right next to the lobby. It’s super convenient. And also the host is very kind and helpful 🥰 I will stay here again on my next visit 🙌

Felix's place is the first one I always look for when I come to Jakarta. I already feel comfortable and familiar with his place.

Great apartment. Clean, great view and the building has lots of amenities. Concierge won’t receive packages, but aside from that, Mary is responsive and super helpful.

The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you can think of. The area is also great especially if you need a place after concert in JIS, very close nearby.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and the check in and check out processes were easy. Cheung has always been helpful and responsive during my stay. Recommended!
