stayed for 10 days. the place was neat, accurately represented by the pictures. Seiky was very accomodating to my early check in and late check out request, along with some other needs. this listing is best suited for a single or couple traveler as the second bedroom is furnished as a mixture of walk-in closet and study/work room in lieu of a bed, though a foldable mattress is provided.

Sasa is a great host and this is my 2nd time in a year staying at her apartment. The apartment has just gotten a supermarket at the ground floor with restaurants too. This is really a worth staying accommodation, and the price is definitely worth it! I will still be continuing staying at Sasa’s place whenever I drop by Jakarta :)

The flat was in a very good location. There are lots of restaurants and independent fashion stores in the local vicinity. It was very easy to access the remainder of Jakarta city by taxi or train. I really enjoyed my stay here.

David’s place was GREAT! couldn’t ask for more. Everything was right in the place, make your stay with family was perfect! Worth every penny to stay here, because it’s accessible and right in the center of South Jakarta! Near PIM, Gandaria also Senayan City & Plaza Senayan. If i were you, i would not be hesitated to book this place🥹 would recommend and love to come back🤍

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

The home was so warm and cozy made me and my friends feel like we’re at our own uncle’s house. There’s a giant tv and lots of musical instruments that makes the place even more perfect for a gathering

Een geweldig huis! Brandschoon en goed onderhouden. Mooie grote tuin en heerlijk groot zwembad met diepte. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien en er was meer dan voldoende serviesgoed en bestek beschikbaar. Super fijne en ontzettend lieve, vriendelijke beheerders. Siti en haar vader stonden dag en nacht voor ons klaar en hielpen ons met alles. Ze waren heel duidelijk en de regels werden goed uitgelegd. Het enige wat wennen was, was de geur de mottenballen in de badkamer, maar deze hielden het ongedierte wel buiten, heel fijn! Dit is een verblijf waar ik zeker terug zou willen keren!

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

3 nights at Judika’s place felt like home. Cleand, tidy, and full of amenities. The view from the balcony is awesome. Looking forward to coming back!

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Before being a host, it matters most to be human — and Ms. Diane truly embodies that. I stayed here with my wife and children, and we had many bags. Her staff warmly received us and kindly helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Throughout our stay, Ms. Diane was always responsive and went out of her way to assist us, especially since I don’t speak Indonesian. Her kindness made everything easier. If I return to Jakarta, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our time here. And your staff member was especially kind, with a sincere and welcoming smile.

Nice place to stay since surround by many good food. The place is clean, the host very responsive.

It truly is 'an affordable apartment at the heart of Jakarta' and more. It's very easy to find and relatively close to the city's attractions and the malls. The place is clean and comfortable enough even for a group of 5 like us. Mira is right the view of the surrounding area at night is really beautiful. And, most importantly we felt at home thanks to our friendly host and her kind brother.
