We absolutely loved our stay at Jen’s unit for our family. The location of the complex was ideal and short walk to Waikoloa shops and quick drive to all of the great beaches! Her unit was bright, big and comfortable and very well stocked especially with all the great towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The location nearby the pool, gym and bbq was perfect. Kids loved being ground floor with easy access to the lanai and outdoor patio seating. Jen was so easy to get a hold of when we needed her, as we only had a minor issue with the front door lock, but she was on it immediately and very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this place for sure!!

Last minute booking and drew responded quickly. Gave clear instructions and it was a nice spot for the money paid. Couldnt beat the deal. Outdated unit but was still a great spot for vacay

We loved our stay here! Beautiful village resort with many wonderful amenities. It was nice we could store luggage at the front desk on our last day since we had an evening flight, go to the beach, and then use the showers at the fitness center before heading to the airport. Other favorite amenities were having our own washer and dryer, and having a full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and grounds. Very clean house and comfortable master bed. My son complained the twin bed was shorter than usual but not a issue for most people as he is 6'7. The area seems to be more of a retirement area and was bit quiet for us. We enjoyed the nearby beaches more than the beach club but it is a nice add on when needed. The golf course on site looked beautiful and very well maintained. Overall I would definitely recommend.

L’appartement était très bien situé, très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. La terrasse est super et avons profiter de la vue sur la mer. La piscine est tout à fait exceptionnel. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

The villa was as described. Allyson is very attentive and responsive. The pool was very nice and a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed going to the beach club as well which was just a short drive.

We really enjoyed our time at Leilani’s Palm Villa Home. It’s in a central location, which made our daily adventures easy to navigate. The onsite amenities and the access to the private Beach Club worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. Also I have to mention that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to make any meal and their garage was organized with tons of beach gear. It was a great stay and we plan on returning.

Todo era muy bonito muy limpio bien organizado muy completo en todo muy tranquilo muchos servicios que ofrece el resort nos sentimos como en casa por seguro regresaremos y volveremos a hospedarnos ahí sin duda.

Our stay felt at home and it had very peaceful surroundings. The host was very responsive with any questions we had and was available and prompt when we had issues with the door lock. The house was spacious and comfortable, with all the needs you will need away from home. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful environment, great location to surrounding activities in the area and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Spotless condo in a super convenient location. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs and an umbrella and being able to walk for groceries and meals. And Paul was an amazingly responsive and kind host. Would 100% return!

The condo was clean, had good air conditioning, pretty outlook & gardens, had all needed items.

Our condo at Fairway villas was amazing! South Kohala went above and beyond our expectations! Staff was absolutely awesome! Condo was very clean and had ample amenities. Walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and groceries.

We stayed 9 days at Jim and Kristi's and really enjoyed ourselves. We were 5 so the 3 bedrooms were perfect as we had lots of space and lots of beach toys, sporting equipment were provided. Played drop in pickleball on the tennis court Friday mornings as well. Pool access was a leisurely 10 min walk. The only recommendation for the pool area is to have umbrellas for the loungers. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent space and location. Well stocked for the beach and for cooking. Lovely mornings on the lanai for the sunrise. Very clean and close to anything you need for a great vacation. We had the best time.

Allyson is efficient, provided us with great info on what activities, resturants, shopping, and as I briefly mentioned, was remarkably supportive and kind during a medical emergency we were facing. Thank you Allyson.

This place was awesome. A great place for families. We had 6 adults and one infant and we all had plenty of room. The condo is right across the street from the pool and gym. We rented golf carts to get around the resort and would highly recommend doing this. We did most breakfasts and lunches at the condo with supplies from the grocery store at the shops and also did dinners at the shops as well. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit you will not be disappointed !!!!!!

Wonderful respite from the busy and crowded Kona. Everything needed in Waikōloa. Norah was quick to respond. The townhome perfectly accommodated our family. We looked forward to returning to the home after a beach day or touring the other side of the island. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen well stocked, cold ac, and fantastic location for sunny beach days! 10/10 recommend and looking forward to returning!

Amazing house that looks even better in person. Such a great neighborhood near some of Big Island’s best beaches. There’s also shops and restaurants conveniently near by. Great host communication as well.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our crew- close to the grocery, walkable to coffee/juice bar and eateries and 5 min drive to the beach club. The beach club was a great perk in staying in this location. The condo was quiet and clean and had all the amenities needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. The host was responsive and proactive in communication including allowing us to check in early.

This was our second visit to this amazing house and it was just as wonderful as the first. We love the location and privacy. Perfect to recharge! One of the best parts is that you literally don’t need to worry about anything. From everything you need to go to the beach to the simple things you need in the kitchen. It’s there. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home with amazing views! The added amenities and access to the Westin and other sister resort was a nice surprise.

This was our third time back and Laura’s place is beginning to feel like our home away from home! It is cooler than downtown making it feel perfect outside and in. The view is lovely as well. There was plenty of room for my 4 adult sons to spread out and stay content. I would definitely come back!

Great family vacation. Burt helped us with all of my unusual requests. Can't wait to go back.
