Stayed there few times before and always clean, super easy to access, great location

Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

Darrin's place is in an amazing location near the Waipi'o Valley. This place had everything that we needed and more!

Ryan was an excellent host. He is a great communicator and quick to respond to any questions . Everything was exactly as described. Our place was wonderful! We will definitely book with Ryan again

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a Wyndham resort and they do invite you to listen to their timeshare spiels but they didn’t hound us about it, it is a nice location with plenty of room, much more room than other places if comparable prices. Clean and as described

This beautiful airbnb was PERFECT for my birthday weekend! The house was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Julia was very responsive and clear with directions. Was worth every penny and I hope to stay hear in the future:)

We loved our stay at Scott’s house. We were 4 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of space ! Sean, the on site manager, was helpful and easy to reach. The location is close to the airport and Harbour. A little bit further from the city. Parking was easy in the street just in front of the house. I would definitely consider going back if I have another opportunity to go to Hawaii.

The home was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The hosts were welcoming and available to answer questions but not intrusive. We didn't spend much time in the house except eating and sleeping - but it was nice to have a beautiful home away from home. Very lovely stay. Jack and Jackie, Lee and Christi

This was quite a charming place with supportive hosts. We enjoyed the frog song but some may find it loud. The property is rich in design elements and immersing you in the out doors. Local recommendations and flexible hosts made for an overall good experience.

My husband and I brought our children, their spouses and grandchildren to Hawaii to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Paul’s house was the perfect home for all of us. Beautiful, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood near Kona. Paul greeted us when we arrived with leis, wine and local treats to help celebrate our occasion. He was available at all times to answer questions and give recommendations . We couldn’t have asked for a better host and location. Mahalo, Paul! (His family owns a Thai restaurant in Kona that is top notch!)

We had a fantastic stay at Nurul’s with our parents. The home and views are beautiful. The location within the Big Island is pretty ideal, everything was clean and spacious and Nurul was incredibly helpful throughout our stay!

What a fantastic spot. We stayed there for 3 weeks with my folks and our newborn and it was the perfect accommodation. Only 5 mins to downtown Kona via car and a good area to walk around without the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for those looking to live like a local for an extended stay but also have the option to hop down and be a tourist for an evening.

I can't sing praises of this house enough. If you are on the fence, to lock down this house, please do it right away!!! Many Airbnb's in Hawaii have outdated interior but this house is updated, upscale, modern and stylish. you will love the vibrant and bold colors, the style and the serenity with this house. There are coconut trees, avocado trees, rosemary bushes, star fruits, Japanese cherry tree and many other fruit crops in the backyard. The kitchen is very well stocked. i loved preparing meals with the herbs i picked from the backyard. They have beach towels, snorkeling gears, coolers and beach chairs for you to use anytime you want. Ms Debbie who lives downstairs is am absolute Angel. She made our stay so comfortable, we felt right at home! She welcomed us with a giant avocado and cookies. She also gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do while in the area. This house has it all. I miss Ms Debbie already and can't wait to be back soon.

Lovely location, right above the rocky shoreline and crashing waves. Wonderful view from the balcony and rooms; terrific to listen to the waves, especially at night. Location positioned us well for driving around the island to sights north and south of Kona.

Terry, we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you! The unit was very comfortable, well equipped, clean, and in a convenient location. We appreciate your responsiveness and availability during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were definitely helpful. We loved sitting out on the shoreline watching the locals surf and the sunset.

We really enjoyed the condo and the views were out of this world. The building was quiet, we never heard neighbors, and the building was upkept. We stayed for 8 days, frequently hauling loads of either groceries or "stuff" and were thankful that there was an elevator to assist in the frequent trips to the car. The car parking space is located beneath the building in the shade, which was very nice to not have to get into a hot car each day. The condo was very clean and there were lots of little extras provided. There were lots of options for borrowing snorkeling masks and goggles, swim fins and even a beach umbrella. We packed lunches every day and we were thankful for the cooler options allowing us to pack what we needed to keep cool. Listening to the waves at night outside the master bedroom was very peaceful. We would wake up early and watch the surfers out each morning in front of the condo. Very relaxing trip. Our host was very responsive to questions and we would go back!

It was comfortable and cozy, like coming to a family home. The well-equipped kitchenware, washing machine, and dryer were like a booster for my trip. (I could find many elements that showed the host's delicate consideration in the kitchen and bathroom.) In addition, the cute artificial plants, Hawaiian home accessories, and paintings differentiate the accommodation from other Airbnbs. I was happy to be able to stay in this accommodation.

This was a great place to stay for 2 weeks in downtown Kona. Very professional service, and right on the waterfront! Some of my colleagues complained about fold-out couch beds and lack of privacy in other units, but this one was the real deal. The double or queen bed was plenty big enough for one person, if not two, and it being on the 3rd floor helped with privacy. Kitty was very friendly, responsive, and proactive about sending check-in instructions. I hope I'll be able to stay here if/when I come back to Kona!

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.

We had a nice stay at Hale Ho'omaha at the Kailua Bay resort. It was just like in the photos. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. Washer and drier were convenient for towels and clothes after long days out in the sun. Nice amenities. Clean and comfortable bedroom and loft spaces. Just right for our family of 4. Close and walkable to downtown Kailua-Kona and also near to surrounding stores and malls. Is also conveniently located by car to the attractions, activities, and beaches on the Kona side. Janell and Dale were kind and responsive hosts. We were comfortable and happy there for our one-week vacation.

This Kona property was a perfect launchpad for our Big Island adventures vacation, and an even better crash pad to recover in between outings! It is exactly as described, in a great location, very well provisioned with linens, beach gear, and a full kitchen with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and A/C and fans are great. Leonard is friendly and hospitable with great local advice. Very easy access to all things Kona and Big Island. Highly recommend for your EatSleepPlay Kona vacation!
