Great place close to the strip without the nonsense of a casino hotel. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and various aspects of the unit, particularly the quality shampoo and hair dryer. Would definitely book again.

I love the location of this place, located very close to the strip, walkable distance. Topgolf is across the street. The view from this place was amazing great view of the sphere and other attractions. The apartment was very clean And the host was very helpful. Parking was never an issue. Thank you colleen for the help.

Sean was the easiest AirBNB host to work with no hassles or frills. We were extremely familiar with the resort and location. It is perfect as there is no casino and no horrible smoke scent. The resort offers a ton of great events and amenities and has been upgraded considerably. The one thing that will never change is the haggle when checking in of them (Wyndham) trying to get you to do a presentation. I politely declined and then they tried to hook us with some wristband for opening our room again no need for that just get a traditional key. I will give kudos to the resort as I called a couple days before our arrival to ask for an ADA compliant room to make my mother in law's stay easier and more enjoyable and they were able to make that happen. Would rent from Sean again and again.

Stayed here for a night when first getting into Vegas. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Never heard much noise from the rest of the house.

The house was great and accommodated my family easily. The neighborhood was pretty quiet during our stay. It has everything we needed with respect to towels, and kitchen supplies. The beds were comfortable. Kaye was very responsive and the home was just as described.

Great to stay and relax in the quiet and clean apartment! Could see my truck from the room. Easy to access the space from parked to room in seconds. Temperature was nice….. I was working at Mandalay Bay and it took between 30 and 45 minutes to get there each morning. Consistently less than 30 minutes to get back each evening.

My daughters and I had such a comfortable stay. It was easy to come and go as we needed while visiting our family. Very clean when we arrived, felt very homey and relaxing. Looks exactly like the pictures provided and host is very responsive when needed. We will definitely be back in the future! <3

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue simplemente excepcional. El lugar es impecable, con una limpieza y cuidado que realmente se agradecen. Es ideal para una pareja: cómodo, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. El anfitrión fue muy amable y flexible, adaptándose a nuestros horarios de check-in y check-out, lo cual hizo todo mucho más cómodo. Aunque no está justo en el Strip, la ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que hay transporte público muy cerca que facilita el acceso a las principales atracciones de Las Vegas. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

KoKo was really accommodating when we asked if we could get an earlier check-in. Also, there was a slight misunderstanding about the coffee maker option (there was an expresso maker but no drip). Not an issue except I had purchased ground coffee for a drip machine. KoKo bought a drip coffee maker and had it delivered the following day. This was above and beyond expectations. It was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay off the strip.

Great spot if looking for a few minutes drive from the strip and good local food/restaurants nearby. Super accommodating and responsive. Very comfortable.

Quiet, secure, and nice neighborhood. Perfect location. Located about 30 minutes away from Allegiant and 20 from the Convention Center. Will book again. ADA side note: My son is wheelchair bound and this place was big enough for him and I. He was able to get around. Shower and bathroom were good. The only thing is that if you look at the front door photo, it does have a "step/bump" so you have to be able to lift the chair.

We had an amazing stay in Las Vegas! The place was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with so many little details that made it feel both cozy and luxurious. From the spacious bathtub and candles to the breathtaking view from the window—everything was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. We had a great stay at Mark’s place. The jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was everything!! Mark was very proactive in his communication, anticipating every need. Will definitely book a stay at this location again.

Chris was an awesome and responsive host. The unit at Palms was perfect. Beautiful view of the strip, great casino, and nice to have 2 pool options. Bedding was comfortable, shower/bathtub were amazing. My only regret is staying our first 3 nights at Mandalay Bay. We come to Vegas often to visit family, so we will be back!

Absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Alisa was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and answering any question promptly. The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described—if not better. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the little details (like quality toiletries, fresh towels, and great Wi-Fi) really made a difference. The location was also ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk thru MGM to the strip. Great views of Top Golf & the Sphere. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!
