Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

A really nice place. There are several kitschy restaurants and bars within walking distance, but it was quiet at the house. Amenities were nice and everything was as expected. Hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would totally stay again.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

Super nice people to work with! great place and neighborhood. we were in the area for an event at the Powerhouse and it was so easy for us country folk to get back and forth without GPS.

The crew really liked the home while they worked in Cedar Rapids!

GREAT PLACE! The pictures don’t do this space justice. It’s spacious, pristine, new/modern, and worked perfectly for our family. We were in town for my brother’s wedding and this space was conveniently located, easy to get in and out of and equipped perfectly for our group of 8. Highly recommend and will definitely book with Brandin again.

This home is so cute & was just perfect for our family’s stay while in town for a horse show. The ability for everyone to be able to have their own spaces while still being together, option to wake up and make coffee & cook without having to load kiddos up & washer/dryer to take home clean clothes, bears a hotel any day! Lisa offers a great place & will be our choice again, if ever needed!

This was our second stay at Mallory‘s place. Nice little backyard for our dogs. We were in town for family Christmas, so didn’t spend too much time at the house other than for sleeping, but it worked well for what we needed. We did have an issue with the sliding door and they came to look at it within an hour of letting them know. Very quick and responsive to our needs.

Loved it here they are on there stuff I promise book with them today you will not regret it 😊 ❤️ 😊

This property was a great place to stay for our first visit to Iowa City! It was very cozy, convenient to everything we needed, and extremely clean. The host was very communicative and proactive, and overall an excellent AirBNB experience. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

Was just in town for the Women's Collegiate wrestling championships. Place was just as described and worked great. I'll probably come back next year and stay here again!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was excatly as described very easy to get to and everything i needed was very close by!

Cozy space - I liked the modern design of this house. The sectional was super comfortable and they had cozy blankets. I slept in the king bed every night and it was amazing. Keith even came by to shovel which was very nice! Would stay here again!

This property was pristine and right within walking distance to lots of entertainment. I experienced a small hiccup during my booking and the host was super responsive and very helpful. We want to come back and stay here in the future for sure!

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Chandler's place and I loved it again. I previously really enjoyed it in the summer, but the winter stay was still great. The sunroom area is a little drafty as it is over the garage but a new fireplace with remote warmed it up. The rest of the place was cozy and the decor is truly amazing. It was a great retreat for me while visiting nearby family. A nice game of pool and curling up to read in the multiple sitting areas was a great way to spend some downtime. I love being near downtown, but I had to make multiple back and forth trips across town and to the hospitals and the quick access to the interstate was helpful. I was glad for a lack of snow with the steep street, but they did make sure to add salt to the driveway when it needed it. Chandler was again a very responsive and thoughtful host. I reported a couple of minor issues to her and she was quickly on top of them. I would love to stay again when I'm in town!

This place was perfect for getting ready for my wedding. The pink tones made it girly and being super close to my venue was a plus. It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to any bride!

very nice stay! clean with all amenities for cooking and living (washer/drier) and two bathrooms was a huge plus! Nice balcony and two very large beds. felt right at home.

We were visiting our daughter in Iowa City but there were other guests so we needed a place that was near but that also would be fun,and give us more room than a hotel room. This condo is was perfect. It was modern, very clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We didn't cook as we were at our daughter's for meals but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. Nice sets of dishes and glasses, and ample cutlery and cookware. One other nice feature of this condo is its location - close to restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

I was traveling to Iowa City to work at the hospital. Tina was wonderful. Her place is spotless and had everything I needed. We would talk for a bit on most days whenever we saw each other. She's a great person and excellent host. Very respectful and considerate of her guests, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Everything in the listing is what's there. 10/10, would highly recommend! The outdoor patio is a great place to relax when the weather isn't too humid. Parking at the hospital is $20 a day so I used an e-scooter, which ended up being faster than driving the 2 miles, finding a spot, and walking to the hospital. There are a lot of restaurants in between. Peninsula Park is maybe a quarter mile down the road from Tina's with trails, dog park, and golfing (disc and ball).

This is a great place to stay in coralville! Within walking distance to the arena which was super nice! The space is modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Lots of extras available if you are traveling with kiddos which was super great and unexpected! 100% would recommend and I’m sure we will stay again!

Incredible place and great location! Was not expecting the view to be as nice as it was. Also, it is within walking distance to many great Iowa City restaurants. The parking is not connected to the building, rather it is underneath the building next door. This is fine though because there is an area you can park temporarily to unload your stuff. Very clean and not cluttered. Kitchen had everything we needed.
