Very nice home. Close to restaurants and stores. House was clean and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay!

The place was private and better than described. She was also very accommodating of our sensitivity to cat hair and dust. She even purchased a whole new air filter just to keep us comfortable. Best airbnb host we have had so far.

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

A cute place - just what we were looking for. The area is very quiet given that it's right next to NewBo. The house had everything we'd need. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. We had a great stay!

Most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept on at an AirBnB. This space fit our large family perfectly, we had a wonderful Christmas there!

This property was a great place to stay for our first visit to Iowa City! It was very cozy, convenient to everything we needed, and extremely clean. The host was very communicative and proactive, and overall an excellent AirBNB experience. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a wonderful place to gather several families for the weekend! We had kids from ages 2-10, plus adults, and all had a great time! There are tons of kids toys and games and books to help with indoor activities and a lot of outdoor space to explore as well! Beds were comfortable and location was amazing! Beautiful country space, but close to towns and cities!

Brady’s place was great, perfect for what we wanted. Great location for exploring Cedar Rapids.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting our daughter in Iowa City. Cute and charming place to celebrate a birthday. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and well stocked with everything you will need!! We loved it.

All we needed and more! Jeff's home was just what we needed for our group of seven to stay for the 3 days we were in the area for some meetings. It was so peaceful and a great place to make memories with friends. Jeff was super accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would most definitely recommend his place. We will most likely be back!

The location and coziness of the Porch Light were great! It was cool to have the communal space in the Salon and we ended up chatting with a very nice man who was at the space for a reading that got canceled. The space was dog friendly, which was lovely to be able to bring our dog. There was a very barky dog in the other unit but I do not fault the Air BnB for that. The walls were thin and there was not much of a sense of privacy during our stay which was fine but changes the atmosphere of a stay. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small notes, we had a nice time! Thank you Jennifer for being a very responsive and lovely host!

I had my wedding ceremony here ; this property is absolutely stunning , clean , outside is so peaceful and private. Arcade is fun there’s not one bad thing i could say about it. The entire property is very clean and you feel so at home ! Lindsay was incredibly nice and helpful through it all and extremely responsive , i highly recommend this place and will be coming back !!

Amazing hosts that were extremely accommodating to our group. Great home that has plenty of space for our 7 people. Hot tub was a huge plus! I would stay here again if I was in the area. Made our weekend so much better rather than booking a hotel room. Fun time overall!

This is a really unique home in a beautiful location. The living spaces are really well done and clean. It's laid out like an old farm house, but it never feels old. The bathrooms are all excellent. For such a large house, it feels like it could sleep more people - the pull out couch in the study isn't awesome, but fine for younger people. The kitchen was great to work in, and although it's the oldest room in the house, I think that added to the charm. The huge stove got rave reviews from the cooking crew. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very peaceful and beautiful area. The home was well kept and felt homey. I absolutely loved the kitchen. Gina was very responsive and the instructions were very clear and precise.

The A frame was a nice place to get away for the weekend with my pals would recommend!

We already can not wait to come back during the summer months to enjoy the outdoor activities! Very inviting home, had so many amenities.
