Evi tutmadan sorduğumuz soruları hızlıca cevapladı. Evi tuttuktan sonra da hep yardımcı oldu. Konumu paylaştı. Ve geç gitmemize rağmen kapıda bizi karşıladı. Kapalı garajı güvenlik açısından ve daireye çıkan asansöre yakın olması sebebi ile kolaylık sağladı. Asansörün yeri tam araç için ayrılan yerin yanındaydı. Türk çarşısına araç ile 7-8 dk mesafededir. Yanında büyük bir avm mevcuttur. Farklı programlarımız olmasa o dairede kalmaya devam etmek isterdik. Gayet temiz, yeni ve yeterli ev aletleri mevcuttu. Bir daha Üsküp’e gelirsem tekrar burayı tercih ederim.

Great place with all necessities accessible in the apartment. All was very clean and Goran was really helpful with everything. We're more than happy with our stay!

This place is the real deal! Whether you're a solo traveler going for business in Skopje, or a couple looking to just relax, Apartment IVA is perfect! Located very close to the city center (just a few minutes with a car/taxi), it looks every bit, if not better than in the photos. The look is very modern and classy, but at the same time the place is still very cosy. It is filled with all the necessary amenities, AC is positioned just right, and the spinning TV is an excellent touch. The place was sparkling clean, and the marble floor looked like you could eat off of it. The self check-in service works perfectly so you don't have to meet anyone in order to enter. There was also all the necessary phone numbers, as well as tips for the nearest restaurants and take outs printed out for non locals. The host Vancho was very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Skopje.

Hermoso departamento a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza principal de Skopja. Los hosts son muy amables y estan atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites (un gran plus)

We booked Josif’s place last minute, and the host was super helpful to get us in very quickly. The apartment was very clean, within walking distance, and just a few meters from a very, very nice grocery store and a pharmacy. The neighborhood itself was quiet, and the apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Soap was provided, there was a full kitchen with utensils and pots and pans, and the AC worked very well. The only things I wanted to mention was that the neighbors stopped us to say be quiet - something we are - but I wouldn’t reserve this apartment if you intend to have parties or people over. The walls are a bit thin, and they were clear they do not like noise past the hours described :-)

I had a fantastic stay at Vasko's place, friendly, responsive and all around great host. Apartment was clean and very close to a number of restaurants and literally around the corner from a well stocked grocery store. About a 30 minute walk into all the attractions of the city center as well. Definetly recommend a short or long stay with Vasko! Thanks again!

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Geat appartment , easy to locate, easy parking. Very clean, everything was as advertised. Self checked in and checked out after a seemless and instant communication with Jove via messages.
