There are more amenities than needed so this how you can tell that Ben thought of everything. ★★★★★ We had an absolutely incredible stay at Ben's Fort Lauderdale house! From the moment we booked, Ben was a fantastic host – communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, and we were immediately blown away by the property. The house itself is stunning. It's even more beautiful in person than the photos. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a modern beach vibe, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more!). The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end appliances, making cooking a joy. We especially loved the outdoor space – the patio area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants.

Perfect stay. As described. Close to the beach and other recreational activities and restaurants etc. Terrific heated backyard pool and covered lounge with large screen TV. Excellent!!

Feels like old Florida! The outdoor space and screened in porch are so great - perfect spot to watch the sunrise! And you are right on the beach!!! Walkable to many restaurants and feels very private compared to condo alternatives. House as described and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful. Nice set up. Backyard was beautiful. Hot tub and pool great. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Small suggestion is more towels and washcloths. Some furniture in the bedroom that had 2 double beds. No place to put suitcases Maybe a dresser or or luggage racks. But that’s minuet. Stunning place. 2 blocks from the beach. Walkable. Lots of walkable places to go and eat.

Peaceful, private, great location. Everything a vacation should be! Mj was responsive for questions, though a few things were broken concerning the pool it didn’t inhibit the experience and he was quick to explain. Love the set up of the house- it is much bigger in person and very comfortable for our group. More than enough linens, fans, and even a crib + pack and play which was very handy for our two small children. Thank you! We would book again.

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

Excellent stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return. The house was perfect for us and we loved the neighborhood.

Great place to stay with kids!

This is a wonderful house in a very convenient location and the host is very nice and professional. Our friends stayed here last winter and we liked it so much we booked it this winter. The house is exactly what you would expect from the photos. The location is perfect, it is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly residents one block off of A1A and two blocks from the beach. Access to a large public park with miles of trails for walking and biking is next to the house, we walked a few miles every morning. A number of great restaurants are within a 1 mile walk or very easy drive. We look forward to returning.

Great house. Back yard and pool are amazing. Our kids loved the hot tub, heated pool, ping pong table , and corn toss. Lots of place to lie down and sit. Comfy beds, lots of room in kitchen , nice appliances etc. Great house for a family vacation with kids - top notch foosball game in living room - kids couldn't get enough of it.

Every time I’m in this area I’m going to look at staying at this location. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the quite of the neighborhood, to the east to get to shopping locations. A lot of places were in walking distance. Calvin was so helpful if there was a need. He would check to make sure everything was going as needed. I would recommend if anyone is visiting this area, to stay at Calvin’s location. I would give it a 10 if they had that level.

Felt right at home. Home was beautiful & the grounds were perfect! Jamie and Chris were very responsive and we can’t wait to visit again!

We’d stay here again! Mia hospitality was very helpful when we asked to raise the pool temperature (for the kids), and was super prompt when I couldn’t get the door to lock (due to user error, not the door!). We appreciated the outdoor dining, spotless grill (with propane, which is not a given based on our experience elsewhere), proximity to beach and tons of beach tools and towels. We checked out the restaurants and playground at the bustling pompano pier, and loved the amenities like Publix and target that were super close, but not so close that they disrupted the peace and quiet of our neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly, and the public access point at the beach didn’t have a ‘public’ feel at all—we had company for sure but saw the same couple of people each day and never felt crowded. We also loved having our great amenities for the kids.

We had such a good experience our first visit that we came for another stay, and look forward to next time we’re in the area. Jennifer is a great host, responsive and accommodating. The property is well maintained and in a great location. Thank you!

We had an awesome, relaxing vacation. Erick was very responsive and extremely accomodating with our flight changes. The heated pool was fantastic and the one minute walk to the beach was wonderful. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back!

The home was as nice as the photos. Pool is heated and the backyard is large, quiet and peaceful. The host is very responsive and check in and check out was quick and easy. The Lauderdale by the sea neighborhood is great.

We stayed at the Pompano Beach house. It is in a beautiful location, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is a gated community, safe, quiet, and peaceful. The house was spacious enough for 5 of us and has everything you need to feel comfortable and like at home. Overall, we were happy and loved our stay.

This home was honestly better than we even expected! It was tough to leave! The hosts were super responsive and flexible as well. Highly recommend staying here!
