The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Brenda's place is exactly what you see the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some useful staples (like milk, creamer, condiments, etc) in the refrigerator. That was unexpected and appreciated. Bathrooms were clean with useful products and ample towels. I really appreciated that there were things like tissues and Q-tips. It shows an attention to detail that you don't usually see in rental homes. It was nice to have access to the garage. The grill was clean and there were plenty of tools for grilling. It was very pleasant to sit outside next to the pool. The AC and heat worked well and in March, I seemed to need both (heat in the AMs and AC in the PMs)

Brandon and Nicole's place is AMAZING! It had everything that my family needed for our stay, and it was close to everything we wanted to do...Sloan Park (Cubs Spring Training), Airport, Tempe Marketplace, Phoenix Zoo, and hiking. We also loved that there were vehicles available to rent, and an airport shuttle. These were bonuses that made our stay super easy. The house was extremely clean and tidy and had a ton of space which was needed for our kids. The arcade games were a big hit with the kids and adults! Galaga, Frogger, and Pac Man kept us all busy when weren't out or enjoying the beautiful backyard and heated pool. The house also had a pack and play, high chair, and baby gates available which was perfect for our 11 month year old. It really saved us from lugging those items along on our flight. Brandon and Nicole were nothing short of the BEST, and made you feel like you were old friends. Thanks for sharing your home and we look forward to staying there again!

My family and I had nothing short of a wonderful stay at Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home. Hosts were very responsive and friendly to communicate with. The home is nestled in a safe quiet location close to many great amenities including a wonderful selection of restaurants. Inside and out the home everything my family needed and more, from the comfy beds to the dining space to the beautiful spacious backyard! Very thankful we found this gem inside Phoenix and looking forward to staying here next time we are down in the area.

The house was a perfect location for our family who came in to catch some Padres Spring Training games at Peoria Park. It was easy access to the stadium, restaurants, stores, and more. The host was super responsive. Home was very clean. I appreciate the labels in the kitchen, took the guessing out of finding things. Additionally, having toiletries to use was helpful. You can tell these hosts think of things to make your stay more comfortable and ease your traveling. We’d come back here again.

We had so much fun at this home! You get the lake feel and the pool is amazing! (The lake isn't swimmable.) The pool is very clean and watching the birds around the lake was highly entertaining. This property is close to some decent, casual restaurants and Fry's for groceries. The walking paths are endless! The house has beautiful palms and cacti in the front and back yard and there is little orange tree that provided many delicious oranges. The inside of the home is also fantastic! There is plenty of EVERYTHING you need. The bedding is like butter. The kitchen is large and spacious. TV is huge! All of the promised toys in the garage were actually there! We already hope to return to this property. Enjoy!

Very responsive host that always worked through any issues which inevitably came up as part of a standard AirBnB stay. I would stay here again!

Kirsten’s place was great. Great location for what I needed to do. Quiet neighborhood with a park nearby that we enjoyed for our evening walks. House was clean and well stocked and nicely decorated. Had dinner one night in back yard which was peaceful. A little too cold for the pool this trip but looking forward to the summer when we can enjoy it too. Highly recommend! Thank you Kirsten!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Very nice views loved that it’s close to a lot of businesses, fast foods, restaurants, shopping centers. Very clean felt comfortable. Will book again!!

Everything was as described, Harkaran was always available when needed very quick to respond to any situation! We would definitely stay again whenever visiting AZ! Thanks for everything we truly appreciate, he was an awesome host!

Very nice, clean and comfortable space. Quiet and nice area to walk, play tennis or swim. Not on a busy street and easy access to the interstate, 30 minutes from airport. Covered parking and quiet condos.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

This was our first time in Phoenix and the trip did not disappoint! Tiko’s place was so convenient to all the excursions we had planned, and also in a very walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed taking a walk to Starbucks in the mornings for a cup of coffee, though it probably was an unnecessary expense considering the unit was fully stocked with coffee AND TEA! We ran into Tiko on the weekend and he was so friendly and offered suggestions for local restaurants and activities. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, totally stocked with everything you could possibly need! 10/10 will stay here again when we return to the area.

Great place to stay, very clean, and looks brand new. We were very happy with this gem and would stay again next time we are in town. Instructions were so clear, we did not need to communicate with the host.

Adrian was awesome and the condo was great. Perfect location. Adrian was proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, including when we wanted to extend another night. A+ as my 5 year old would say!
