North Naples, Collier County : locations de vacances dans des cottages

Felt right at home and Federico was quick to respond. House was cozy beds were comfy and I would definitely stay again.

Séjour très agréable, calme une vrai vacance, belle maison propre, piscine et spa, et la maison était équipé de tout, rien ne manque. De très belles chambres avec des lits très confortables. La cour arrière donne sur un petit canal, de toute beauté de voir les bateaux passer, les gens nous salut. Très agréable. Tout est à proximité, épicerie, magasin, resto, la marina TARPON POINT à voir wow de wow tant la vue avec les bateaux que les restos succulent et les boutiques. A tout les samedis matin, à environ 10 minutes de la maison il y a un marché en pleine air, le Market Farm, super bien, et après à côté il y a le restaurant le Rusty’s pour le dîner belle terrasse. Et tout c’est endroit avec la possibilité d’amener votre chien. L’hôte Ingrid est très gentille, comique, et répond très rapidement à vos questions. C’est une maison à réserver. J’y retournerais certainement. Merci Ingrid de ta gentillesse. Xx

This place was perfect for my wife and I traveling with our Parrot. Friendly neighbors and beautiful palm trees surrounding. We would definitely book Martina’s place again.

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

We had to wait about 30 min after arriving at check in time to get the access code, but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much!! The grill wasn’t working, and Tina sent the housekeeper over with a charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and even a lighter. Her responses were timely and very helpful. We would definitely come back again 💚

Nice space to stay for a get away, or if you are out of town working.

Great beach vacation spot and an amazing pool for days in. Great spot for our family of four. Quick drive to the beach (you can walk but with all chairs and gear driving is much easier). Close grocery store and many restaurants. House was clean and set up nice. We did not realize that the house was a duplex but the other occupants were quiet and nice. But rest assured, the pool and backyard are all for the guest! The neighborhood was quiet and mixed with some old and new houses. Probably our favorite Airbnb we have ever had. Lovely!

This was my first AirBnB booking and it was better than I expected! We had 6 adults on this trip and the house was perfect for us. We loved the location, the house was well stocked, and was plenty big for us all! Check-in was easy, we had no issues with anything, and would absolutely stay here again!

Ben's place was great. It had all the things we needed. There was a misunderstanding with a travel crib, but I reached out and he brought one within 30 minutes. The house was very cozy and comfortable.

Alina’s house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, close to everything, easy to get to. Alina was a perfect host—responsive and flexible.

Cute cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! Bradley was an amazing host! He had everything you could possibly need, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended !!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

Beautiful Place to relax. Watch the sunrise in the back and easy walk to watch the Sunset in the evening.

We spent a wonderful few days at Dominique and Gary's place. The house was spotless and very well appointed. Looked better than the pictures. the living room is very spacious and comfortable, and so were the beds. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It's less than 10 min away from everything. Gary was very kind, very responsive and helpful. He genuinely cares about his guests and his property. I would recommend his house wholeheartedly!

While we did not come here for the tourist attractions per se, we were very close to the beach, Maggie was extremely helpful and considerate to our needs. Positives: The place was very clean and well furnished. There was sleeping quarters for more people than just us. Comfortable beds and privacy accordingly. Maggie was accomodating to our and our pet needs. There was plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans, silverware, etc. There was parking, all outside, for at least four vehicles. A totally enclosed private backyard. We were unfortunate enough to be there during Hurricane Helene, Maggie was quivk to check up on us to make sure we were safe and that any damage was respinded to immediately. Negatives: We lost food we brought because the refrigerator died unexpectedly. Maggie was quick to replace the dead one very qui kly. She even refunded part of our rental fee to make up to us for our trouble and lost food. The lack of grass in the backyard.

My husband and I just spent 17 fun days on the beautiful property of Eileen and Paul. They were excellent hosts and took good care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the historic cottage and appreciated all it's quirks, beauty, cozy feel, and Paul's artwork. We could walk to the beach and all the great restaurants around Third Street. The road the property is on is very busy, but we got used to it. One of our favorite visits to Naples.

Joy was a delightful host and we loved her cute little cottage! She was super responsive to a couple concerns we raised and eager to provide a great stay. The cottage was a cozy retreat in which she takes great pride, and she has created a beautiful and relaxing tropical oasis around the outdoor patio. We’d be delighted to stay there again in the future.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Mike. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es war alles sehr sauber. Küchenutensilien wie z.B. Gewürze, Kaffee, Wasser waren vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen. Mike hat uns Fischfutter hingestellt, damit wir die Enten und Schildkröten füttern konnten. Der Ausblick auf den kleinen See war toll. Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike war sehr gut. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder in Florida sind, kommen wir wieder!

Loved the stay everything was as expected and more, the only thing I'd change was the ac unit wasn't through the entire house just the living room area

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!
