Clean, comfortable, spacious. Loved having use of beach chairs and beach umbrella. Host was responsive and friendly.

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. This home was wonderful, exactly as pictured but even better in person! The property was so peaceful and quiet, on a large lot giving it plenty of privacy. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. The beds were super comfy, the rainfall shower was amazing, and I loved all the natural light. Having coffee in the rocking chairs on the back porch was one of the best parts. Matthew could not have been a better host. He was very responsive and totally accommodating to any questions and requests I had. I would highly recommend both this home and its host, and can't wait to go back again!

We were happy to rent our second season (10 weeks) from Taya. This year the primary bathroom had been totally redone. Everything in the house is now new or nearly so, very clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. We walked our dogs every day and soon were saying hi to the various neighbors we'd see. Plenty of retail, restaurants and parks close by. Convenient access to 5th Avenue and Tin City, Marco Island, I-75 and Bayshore Drive (for our favorites Taqueria San Julian, Ankrolab Brewing Company, The Real Macaw Restaurant, Celebration Park, Naples Botanical Garden). Taya is very responsive to all questions - she really cares for her guests. Highly recommend this home for a longer stay!

Beautiful and comfortable home with everything we needed. Very private with a beautiful pool area to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

If I could give 6 stars I would! The home was exceptional in every way… 1. the kitchen had every appliance and gadget we could ever need! Plus the host left some added touches like Keurig pods, starter olive oil and seasonings, Meyers hand soap, ect! 2. The bathrooms were pristine and fully stocked with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. 3. All linens were high end and plush! Super comfortable mattresses! 4. We LOVED having a Weber grill and the gas fire pit with comfortable patio furniture was a favorite!!! 5. We were greeted at the property, which was above and beyond, as there was remote access. I really appreciated this! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!

We loved this home and its location. It was perfect for our adult family and new grandson.

The home was spotless and Kathy made sure that there were home-like extras in the house. She even made sure to leave a pack n play and high chair for our grandson. The kid's room was so cute and had books and toys that were clean and age appropriate. The screened porch was great. Kathy sent an area guide and it had several great suggestions for food and live music close by. It was great for a little getaway.

Caitlin and Brandon were wonderful hosts and very responsive to all questions or concerns. We had a wonderful time enjoyed or stay.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Anne & Nathans Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern und äußerst sauber und mit wahnsinnig viel Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die zusätzliche Ausstattung wie die Strandutensilien (Stühle, Schirm, Kühltasche und Handtücher) sowie die Möglichkeit, die Wasch und Trockenmaschinen zu nutzen. Auch diese waren total sauber und neuwertig! Ein Highlight war sicherlich zudem die Möglichkeit, mit Kajaks direkt vom Hinterhof in die Mangroven zu starten und auch die Fahrräder zu nutzen, um die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Alles Dinge, die man ansonsten teuer am Strand ausleihen müsste. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter - auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war total unkompliziert und wir haben bei Rückfragen sofort hilfreiche Antworten erhalten.

Valerie is an angel from heaven. The house is beautiful and everything was magical and perfect. 10/10 absolutely wonderful. I can not express how clean the area was and how nice and accommodating Valerie is. Also the garden out back is beautiful.
