North Naples, Naples Park : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Fantastic stay and a great location! Marty and Claudia’s home was absolutely all we could have asked for our family of 5. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and any activities one might want in the area, and it is spotless and well stocked with everything you need. We all really enjoyed the bikes, TVs inside and out (watching March Madness from a pool was a highlight) and just getting the chance to relax, lounge and unwind. Special thanks to Marty for being so responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay! Close to everything we needed. Also a bonus for us was that we didn’t have to bring beach chairs because this house had plenty to use!

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

The house was on a quiet street not far from the beach. The house was very well appointed and made life easy. The pool/hot tub and indoor/outdoor living space was ideal for our family. It was great that they had beach chairs and an umbrella available as we enjoyed the local beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities for cooking in as well which was super helpful. Great place for spring break with the family.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

I was very impressed with this lovely ranch home. I normally rent in Naples Park but decided to take a chance on this location. It is FAR BETTER than Naples Park. Like all of Naples, the neighborhood is transitioning but this home is a hidden gem. Big lot. Private back yard. I enjoyed each morning sitting on the porch listening to the MANY songbirds. Very convenient to Fifth Avenue and just a block off of the main Naples road. LOVED the private beach pass which stands alone as the BEST amenity! Easy to park. Bathroom access. Never crowded. Owner provided every beach accessory needed. Lots of chairs. Layout of home is perfect with master suite separated from the other bedrooms. Comfy beds and nice linens and towels. Art work compliments the home. Could maybe use a few more seating options of a bigger group stays but perfect for 4-6 people. I highly recommend staying in this home. Simple. Non-complicated. Allowed earlier check-in. VERY easy checkout. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing stay in Naples! The location was perfect – close to everything we wanted to do, yet in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The house itself was beautiful, and the pool was definitely a highlight. Our kids had so much fun swimming every day! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naples. Highly recommend!

Had a great time , house was super close to everything and was super spacious, loved the outdoor area in the front and rear patio , we were there on a work trip so it was me and two other associates , everyone was impressed and it felt like home , super easy instructions for coming in and checking out, definitely will look to book again

We stayed here with three young boys and really enjoyed it. There was a lovely welcome package when we arrived, and the unit was spotless. Great location, too. Just a short walk to Vanderbilt beach. Jonathan was very responsive. I’d stay here again.

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and rested extremely well. Really enjoyed the detached, very well equipped mini villa. Our host, the amazing Stella, looked after us extremely well. The location is very peaceful and so relaxing. The pool is large and heated with everything you will need. loafs of outdoor space that is also partly shaded for the rest bites from sunshine/cook/dine. lovely 20 minutes from the nearest beaches, 5 minutes from good restaurants. Stella will definitely look after you at this amazing place.

This place is so clean I felt at home and very quite which is exactly what I loved. Also, the host was amazing and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone and also, take care of it because we all deserve to be treated in the manner this host do, so keep it clean and spotless just like you will find it 😀

This rental is perfect for families or large groups! We all had plenty of our own space but a nice gathering spot at the pool. Karrie and her husband were both extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pedro was very responsive and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book her again!

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

We enjoyed staying at Justin and Lisana’s condo! The condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc, was so helpful! They even thought of all the little extras like nightlights and even aloe for sunburns ;-). Our 11 year old daughter was delighted to check out all the books, puzzles, and games. We were able to bring our bikes and ride around the area, which is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting Lowdermilk Beach, Marco Island, and the Vanderbilt Beach —all within 20-30 minutes drive. The beaches are lovely and have lots of shells. We also made a trip to the Everglades National Park, which was about 45 minutes away and worth the visit. We rode our bikes in the national park and saw a lot of alligators, beautiful birds, and turtles. I would recommend getting there early though, if you want to find parking. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend staying here!

Staying in Naples is always a great time; this was the first time I used Airbnb for our stay. It was Spring Break for my son, and his friend lives in the area. The place was clean and quiet, which I requested before the stay. Alex and Sally were responsive to my requests. It's close to 5th Ave and the Naples Pier. I highly recommend this location if you plan on visiting Naples. Great price point. I would stay here again. Thank you, Alex and Sally!

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

I wasn't sure how I would feel about visiting Naples but it exceeded my expectations. This Air BnB is really fantastic. Anthony has anticipated one's every need. If you are traveling with children, he has a whole draw of games and items to amuse a range of ages. I loved the setting where you can sit outside in front of the water features (elongated pool and jacuzzi) and read, or look for birds or animals in the stream that flows by the house. After a day of visiting beaches or the Naples Botanical Garden, my sister and I found the setting very peaceful. Also, the beds are extremely comfortable. I left our one-week stay feeling more rested than I have in years. The art work on the walls added to our sense of fun!

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back
