North Naples, Naples Park : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Truly was a perfect gem!! Perfect location for our yearly beach trip. Filled with lots of beach amenities-which is helpful when you are just stepping off a plane with a carryon! Deb and Brad were super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would gladly come back for every stay we have in Bonita Springs!

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

L'Emplacement est remarquable pour profiter de la plage et de la mer en toute tranquilité. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu observer au pied de l'appartement une multitude d'animaux ( Dauphin, poisson, lezards, oiseaux....). Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

This place is so clean I felt at home and very quite which is exactly what I loved. Also, the host was amazing and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone and also, take care of it because we all deserve to be treated in the manner this host do, so keep it clean and spotless just like you will find it 😀

I wished we stayed longer. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks, working while visiting our daughter. The home was perfect for the 2 of us. Because we were working during the day, we needed desks. Jana made sure we had a desk in each bedroom. The internet speed was outstanding. Even with both of us on conference calls at the same time we had no lag, no dropped calls. Everything is close by: restaurants, stores, even the beach. I took several walks to the beach during my hour lunch break and walked to restaurants in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet but there are always people walking around: walking dogs or kids in strollers. Gave a sense of family, a sense of home. Jana is amazing. She gave us cute welcome gifts and another because there was some noise from next door, that we didn’t even notice. She’d checked in with us and was quick to answer questions. She made sure we knew where everything was and what beaches to go to. We can’t wait to stay again next year…but longer.

Pedro was very responsive and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book her again!

We loved everything about our stay at Josh’s place, unit I152. And Josh was an amazing host with great communication. The condo unit itself was great and delivered on all promises of comfort detailed in the listing. Spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen, and convenient WiFi and tv. And loved the screened in patio with views of the pond and palm trees. We felt like at home from the second we rolled in. The Park Shore Resort property was also a great experience and we took advantage of all of it . . . Amazing resort style pool, onsite restaurant, gym, patio area with grills, and pickleball & tennis. And when we did decide to leave the property, there was easy access to amazing shopping, restaurants, and beaches anywhere from walking distance to short Uber ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Park Shore Resort unit I152 and highly recommend staying here or any other property hosted by Josh.

Gale est une perle rare, tout comme son logement. Très bons échanges avant notre arrivée, accueil chaleureux, conseils de visites et de restaurant. Gale est aux petits soins, toujours disponible. Idéalement situé à proximité de la 5e avenue, des plages et des commerces. Propreté irréprochable, ustensiles et appareils impeccables. Tranquillité, intimité, calme et verdure. Ce Airbnb est un joyau. La note est largement méritée. Si nous revenons à Naples, nous savons où loger, les yeux fermés.

The house is beautifully appointed - great size & immaculately clean . Would definitely return next trip to Naples .

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patrick. La maison est spacieuse et bien décorée. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire (lits faits, serviettes de toilette et de piscine,…). La piscine est un gros plus. Patrick a été hyper réactif à nos demandes. Merci beaucoup !

Our family's recent stay at "Sunshine Daydream" in Naples was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and well-maintained the home was. It was clear the owners take great pride in their properties, and that attention to detail really made a difference. The house was perfectly set up for a family vacation. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the open layout made it easy to gather together. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved having their own TVs. But the real star of the show was the pool. Oh, the pool! We spent countless hours in that beautiful, heated pool. It was the perfect temperature, even in the evenings, and the kids couldn't get enough of it. The removable safety screen was a huge plus, giving us peace of mind while the little ones splashed around. It truly made our vacation. We'd often spend our mornings swimming, then relax on the comfortable lounge chair

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

Drew was extremely responsive if we messaged him. Having the heated pool at the house was a wonderful amenity while our toddlers napped. The house had almost everything we needed and were able to use Walmart delivery for the rest. We will definitely consider booking this house again if we return to the area!

We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

Lesley’s home is beautifully decorated with quality appliances and furnishings. We stayed for 3+ weeks and hated to leave. The pool is perfect, we spent many hours floating in the warm water and sunshine. We loved the location in Naples Park. There were a few issues and most were solved quickly. Pedro And Marco always responded when we had questions or issues. One thing that we did not address is there is never enough hot water. The showers switch between hot water, then cool, then warm etc. It was a little annoying but we assumed it was due to the type of water heater they have, and we just learned to take quick showers! We have rented many homes over the years and we have always been welcomed with a binder or sheet listing important information such as when to put the trash out, how to use the outdoor patio lights, when the pool guy comes, knowing when to add water etc. These were questions asked but it would have been easier to have this information handy. It’s a great home!

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed staying at Justin and Lisana’s condo! The condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc, was so helpful! They even thought of all the little extras like nightlights and even aloe for sunburns ;-). Our 11 year old daughter was delighted to check out all the books, puzzles, and games. We were able to bring our bikes and ride around the area, which is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting Lowdermilk Beach, Marco Island, and the Vanderbilt Beach —all within 20-30 minutes drive. The beaches are lovely and have lots of shells. We also made a trip to the Everglades National Park, which was about 45 minutes away and worth the visit. We rode our bikes in the national park and saw a lot of alligators, beautiful birds, and turtles. I would recommend getting there early though, if you want to find parking. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Doville’s condo. The location within the Lely Resort was great! We walked to workout every morning then went for a swim. The bike and walking trails were beautiful! All the extra amenities she had in the condo was an added bonus. We used the beach umbrella and chairs to visit a beach in Marco Island one day. So much to do in the area! We already booked for next March!

We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

Host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Location was perfect with a great pool and quick walk to the beach!
