We had a great stay in Naples! We were lucky to find it available for a last minute weekend away! It was very close to the botanical gardens and not far from the beaches we hopes to visit. The space was quiet, comfortable, and spacious! There is some wear are tear in the apartment (peeling paint, mild staining on light colored furniture) but we still found it a wonderful place to be! We would recommend it - especially If looking for a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom.

Gina’s Condo was very comfortable; lazy boy chair and nice sofa. The king size bed was comfy also. The view to see the sunset every night was spectacular! You could also see the sunrise from the balcony if you’re an early riser! Looks just like the pictures on Airbnb!!

We really liked the house and location at the end of the street. House was very clean and newly renovated , updated with any amenities that we needed! Beds were very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The stay here was great. Beautiful location. Easy to get to Marco Island and downtown Naples. Very peaceful community with tennis/pickeball courts, a pool with nice grills, small gym, all right out your front door. Coffee machine worked great and the beds were super comfortable. A beautiful view off the balcony as well. The only reason I did not give this place a full five stars all around was for a miscommunication upfront. Within the Lely resort complex, there is a Players Club, which provides some very nice amenities, that we thought we had access to. That was one of the reasons I was willing to pay a little bit higher for this place. I think it was the mistake of the realtor/company managing this property, not being fully aware of the Players Club access on Lely property. When I called and talked to a rep helping manage the property, he seemed a bit confused.

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

This was our first time using Airbnb so we were not familiar with the process. Matt was amazing and helpful from the beginning to end. Everything that could ever need is already there. House was amazing, well maintained and clean. Nice pool very clean, everyone is friendly and very secured place. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will absolutely be visiting again. Thank you Matt.

Alan was a great host. Very responsive. The furniture was great. Especially for a guy with a bad back. Clean, peaceful, and the kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful resort. Workout facility was excellent. We will be coming back.

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

I often give Airbnb hosts positive reviews, but this place really was wonderful. We needed to visit family in the area, so it met our specific needs well, but anyone would enjoy this place. It has a lovely pool (screened in to keep away bugs), is a fun bike ride away from the beach, and close to downtown Bonita springs and near lovely Naples. We want to come back next year!

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Fantastic Host and house. Jodi and her husband were available for any questions or needs, answers nearly immediately. House was gorgeous and spotless! Great appliances. Home is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood. Home close to amenities and the beach. Was a wonderful week!!!

Great canal home on a quiet cul de sac. Home is exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful screened in porch overlooking canal where we spent most of our time. Beds are comfortable. :). Kyler is a great host. Very attentive. And everything was spotless. Would stay again for sure.

Paradise! My husband and I visited with our three college-age children. We had an amazing time, and the accommodations were fantastic. Steps to the powdery white sandy beach with the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. The entire place was clean and very well stocked with everything from extra pillows to pickleball paddles. The large sturdy beach cart carried the provided beach towels, cooler, and beach chairs (all of which had straps to carry on your back!). The pool was good-sized and clean. We used it when we needed to be out of the hot sun as it was shaded and screened in. There are ample seats at a large patio table with fans overhead, where we spent hours eating, playing cards, laughing, etc. It's clear FMB is being rebuilt, with a good amount of construction, but not invasively so. There were no bars/restaurants that we found within walking distance but hopefully construction will address that over time. Stephan VERY responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

Place was perfect. We had another family with us. It was perfect for the kids to play downstairs while the adults were up. Kayaks were a great add. The kids loved going out in them. Highly recommend this place. Host is super responsive.

Place was very clean and had everything we needed! Tucker cares about this place and takes care of it well. Privacy by pool and backyard area was very nice.

We will be back. Beautiful home. Great location. The home lends itself to relaxation, plenty of space. Great remote working space. Jennifer was excellent at communicating with us any issues that arose during our time there. The home is well equipped including floats in the pool. We couldn’t figure out the Soros music throughout the house, but not a big deal The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Can’t wait to go back

Staying in Naples is always a great time; this was the first time I used Airbnb for our stay. It was Spring Break for my son, and his friend lives in the area. The place was clean and quiet, which I requested before the stay. Alex and Sally were responsive to my requests. It's close to 5th Ave and the Naples Pier. I highly recommend this location if you plan on visiting Naples. Great price point. I would stay here again. Thank you, Alex and Sally!

Had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. This was my second time staying and will not hesitate to book again in the future. Amazing location and even more amazing hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at the SoCe flats. The condo was immaculate. The chips and salsa left for us was such a nice touch after traveling most of the day. The location was outstanding. We will be back!

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

We had a wonderful stay in Stacy's beautiful condo! Everything was as described and we felt right at home! Hopefully we'll be back soon, already missing that view!

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Lauren has done up the place very well and having beach towels and beach chairs really helped us. The place is clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the water body is gorgeous. Having a pull out sofa in the living area is an added bonus. The best part is that good eateries and a grocery store are walking distance from the apartment. Lauren is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. We would certainly like to stay here again if we visit Naples.

We had a great stay at Rose’s condo. She was very helpful. Perfect location - 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were perfect. We’ll be back
