Sublimely peaceful in a beautiful setting. Johanna’s proactive guide made check-in a breeze and I love the outdoor seating area. Great location - walking distance to Well-next-the-Sea and the beautiful Holkham parkland on the doorstep.

Lovely host with clear instructions and great response time. Flexible with our check in and out times. Extremely clean and bed very comfortable. Lovely home from home accommodation, and we instantly felt comfortable in our home for a few nights. Although we were there for work! Not pleasure, we still managed a few hours of relaxation, taking in the gorgeous structure of the barn. Beautiful location and so peaceful. Will definitely return again.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Very cosy and relaxing. Loved the wood burner. Great for the dogs. Lovely walk to the beach and call in to the pub on the way home

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Was looking for a quiet getaway with our new born and so glad we chose this one! Nice quiet location with only a short drive to shops. We all enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice as the size of the building is a lot bigger than we thought it would be so really happy with this. We are looking forward to coming back again hopefully real soon. The beds were very comfortable too we all slept so well

A brilliant stay! Peter was a lovely host, welcoming, friendly and attentive at our stay. It is a lovely place to stay and very good location to get to places. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in the Airbnb. The beds were extremely comfy!

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Another fantastic stay! Emma is so welcoming and the accommodation is very clean, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable and very well situated. Emma is very responsive and communication is excellent. I will be back!!

A great place for a restful break or for a full exploration of Norfolk and north Suffolk . The rental was clean, comfortable and really well kitted out ( WiFi speakers in the kitchen ceiling!) and so tastefully decorated . Great that dogs were allowed . Matt and Michaela were marvellous hosts .. gave us some local recommendations e.g. seal spotting at Horsey Gap but generally left us to enjoy our time in peace and quiet while still be around to help. All in all highly recommended!!

We had a lovely last minute short stay here whilst visiting family nearby, good communication from host, good location

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s lovely cottage. It was so charming and had a calming atmosphere - just what you need while on holiday. Sebastian was an attentive host but respected our privacy. The cottage was warm and cosy with a beautiful outlook over the stunning garden of the main house and our own private courtyard area. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds meant we had great sleep too. Not far from Burnham Market and Holkham Beach which was great for walking the dogs. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great barn conversion perfectly suited for small group. Secluded , secure patio area - perfect for dogs👍. Ideal location for exploring the north Norfolk coast in both directions with lots of local walks .

We stayed at Tara’s place over the weekend for my dad’s 60th birthday & it was perfect. The location was very peaceful and scenic. As for the airbnb it was stunning, everywhere was spotless! We enjoyed the hot tub, and sitting around the huge center piece table. Tara really has thought about everything with her place, there really is all you need. The underfloor heating is a great touch especially when visiting in these colder months! Only 5 of us and our cute mini schnauzer stayed here, but i can imagine if 8 people were to stay here the one shower situation could be slightly inconvenient, especially being an en-suite from the master bedroom, but it worked pretty perfectly for us. Tara is a great host with a wonderful place & definitely is a perfect place if you’re looking for peace, quiet & comfort with your close ones. - We will be returning in warmer months! Thank you Tara :)

Absolutely amazing place. All the extra touches like the bottle of wine and criisps and Easter eggs were so thoughtful. Katherine and Andys communication was 5 star too. The ambiance was great. The log burner - Aga - dimmable lighting - comfy beds - toiletries etc erc made our stay extra special. Loved the cute chickens too! Would most definately recommend and would love to stay again.

Pam & Stephen couldn’t have been more accommodating hosts. They greeted us on arrival and showed us around which was a lovely touch, and Stephen even helped to push my (now wife’s) classic mini onto the driveway when it gave out just as we arrived! My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding, Pam & Stephen were so flexible with arrival and departure times and couldn’t have been better hosts. The barn is a brilliant place to stay, we would have liked to have stayed longer. We would recommend a stay here to anyone.

Had a lovely weekend based at Little Tern. Easy off road parking, clear instructions, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, everything spotlessly clean and bright.

4th stay and generally love this place. So peaceful and when we get there we just relax. Our dogs also get very excited when we arrive as it’s a perfect spot for the woofs with all The amazing walks.

amazing stay at Old Barn for a special family weekend, we walked to a beautiful pub. Enjoyed the hot tubs and kept warm by the fire. Cannot fault it, I would highly recommend this stay!

Lovely place for a weekend getaway with friends. We did notice the bins next to the property were overflowing, which was a little unsightly. However, the property was lovely and the spa, gym and pool fantastic. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back at some point in the future. Thanks for having us!

My toddler, our dog, my husband and I had an amazing time on this little farm. As you can imagine it was super exciting for my toddler to help feed the animals and also there was plenty of space where to play football. In the evenings we would have an outside fireplace on and it felt very relaxing. We will come back for sure.

Thank you Julia for a lovely stay. The location is absolutely perfect, and the grounds were a bonus to walk the dogs, who loved it! The property is stunning and very comfortable. Loved our days out and nights in. A really good break, thank you.
