Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming cottage. The space was perfect for our group to catch up and recharge our batteries together. The interior was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace going one evening. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after our days exploring the local wildlife - we saw ducks, geese, and even some deer! The cottage had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home. On our last day, we walked up to the local pub for a delicious Sunday roast lunch, which was a perfect way to cap off our relaxing weekend. I’m so glad I booked this Airbnb for our family getaway - it was the ideal spot for us to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Lovely cosy cottage located close to all the shops and restaurants in Holt. Cosy beds and sofa. Great to have a drive to park the car, and easy to get to lots of great locations for walking and the beach. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t feel like it was in a private enough spot, but this is just personal preference. Great hosts, thank you so much.

Back from a long weekend here, set in a beautiful village with a local pub which was great for food and drinks and a nice outdoor seating area. The garden was great and had the sun all day and evening so perfect for sitting outdoors while relaxing in the sun and was very secure for the dogs and lovely hot tub to relax in Great location for getting to Wells next to the sea and other surrounding areas Would highly recommend staying here Hosts were brilliant and super responsive and nice bottle of wine and treats to enjoy on our 1st day of holiday.

We had the most wonderful time! The property is absolutely gorgeous to roam around and the house is really comfortable, well equipped and beautiful to stay in. Highly recommend!

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. we ( myself, my partner and our elderly dog) had a fantastic stay at the cottage. it was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short, the hosts were very understanding. would highly recommend.

Just loved everything about this little place. The property was spacious yet cosy. Everything anyone could need was provided and parking just outside the door was so convenient.

We all had a fantastic time at Lucy's cottage, it is a cracking place in a lovely peaceful location, the property was first class it was extremely clean and we had everything and more that we needed, it's in a great location as I said earlier only 5/10 minutes away from Hunstanton beaches which we had a great time exploring. Lucy as a host was excellent and was very helpful with everything and very responsive to any messages I sent, I would highly recommend this place it is a little gem close to the seaside.

We've had a lovely stay, it was just what we needed- the scones on arrival were great. Gaynor has thought of everything you may need. Thank you for letting us stay in your perfect home by the sea 🙂

Church Cottage is absolutely beautiful both from the outside, with a wonderful, sunny garden, and the inside, which is beautifully furnished and comfortable. There is a huge amount of space with the two sitting rooms, dining room and 4 bedrooms, and the whole place is extremely well equipped. There is even a second fridge, as well as a freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave. We had a wonderful time sitting in the "snug" in the mornings before moving onto the sunny patio, and getting comfy in front of the fire in the living room in the evenings. It's a short walk to the coastal path and to the seal trips at the quay, and an easy drive to restaurants and pub in Wells or Blakeney. Sadly, the Anchor pub right by the cottage seems to have closed down. The steam train from Holt was also a fun thing to do. We can all thoroughly recommend this beatiful cottage. Louise sent really clear instructions about how to find it and was super helpful in all her communications. A great host!

Was a lovely stay, everything was just as described, Janis was super helpful giving us some local recommendations for food and was super responsive for any query’s we had.

Thank you both so much for an amazing weekend away. We cannot speak highly enough of the cottage, the garden, the scenery and our wonderful hosts. The cottage itself is beautifully presented. Everything is immaculately clean and tidy, all provided equipment and consumables are of very high quality. We really appreciated the welcome gifts and snacks! We loved seeing the chickens and Merlin the dog (so cute), as well as the abundance of birds in the garden area each day. This is the perfect setting for a peaceful break away. Diane and Colin were very welcoming and kind. We'll definitely be back in future.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect location to visit nearby National Trust places and the coast. The property is a cosy but spacious cottage with the facilities you would expect at home. Diana was responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The information pack supplied in the cottage was very good and the welcome pack of ‘goodies’ much appreciated. We would happily stay again.

This was our second stay at Ruth’s and it was as lovely as we remembered. Ruth is a wonderful host. Her cottage is comfortable with everything you need for a fab stay (including very comfortable bed, quality bed linen and fluffy towels) and a very pretty garden space. The lovely fresh bread and milk on arrival was most welcome. We would absolutely recommend Ruth’s cottage to all.

We had such a lovely stay in the cottage! It’s a beautiful and peaceful spot. The children loved playing in the garden and there were lots of little outside spots to sit and enjoy a little sun. Conveniently close to Cromer and lots of other nearby beaches. We had lots to keep us busy. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and the perfect place to relax and unwind.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.

We had a lovely stay at puffin cottage. The location is excellent for exploring southwold and enjoying the beach. Em’s place is beautiful - spotlessly clean, easy check in and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
