Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

Perfect find!! This property was so well decorated and furnished! modern, clean and filled with helpful amenities. It’s a stones throw from the beaches and coastal walk, and the sea can been seen and heard from the bedrooms which made it very relaxing. Ian is a great host! Very responsive and helpful and made sure we were well looked after. Highly recommend and we will be returning!! (FYI there’s another 1 bed small property - same owners I presume - attached to the house from the kitchen that has the back garden, the connecting door is locked though)

Very nice place in a good location. Right by the beach with some restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Peter was brilliant at responding when we needed something and very friendly. Good shower and bath. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing. This place is perfect for peace and quiet with a wonderful beach near by for walks with our dog. We were lucky enough to be able to catch the tide right and walk up to the Lighthouse from the beach. It was so good to also be able to wash off sandy boots and paws before entering the house, they have thought of everything. We also loved the welcome pack with even doggie biscuits for their furry guest. House has everything you need and Tommy and Niaomi are very responsive and pro active in recommendations and useful tips for the surrounding area. We had fish and chips from the place that is walkable from house, they were delicious. We loved our stay here and hope to return.

Fabulous communication from start to finish and an excellent recommendation for a family Sunday lunch. On arrival we were welcomed by the most amazing Carrot cake baked for my Fathers birthday, it tasted as good as it looked. The house was beautifully appointed and toasty warm throughout, a lovely property in a very convenient location. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much for your hospitality it was first class, appreciated by the 9 year old, right through to the 77 year old and all of us inbetween!

we had a great stay while working in the area, everything we needed was in the house, very clean throughout, we will definitely use again when dates become available, the only small and it's very small we had to clean cups and glasses to use them, and also the washing mashing had a very bad smell

We had a great stay at number 42. There was 8 of us (2 family’s, 4 x adults and 4 x children) and we found it really spacious. It was very clean and in a great location. Mark was helpful and friendly in his communications throughout. We would definitely return!

We were 3 families with small children and we stayed for a 40th birthday. The house was ideal, a spacious communal kitchen, dining and living area, and a separate snug room for watching the rugby/a film. the children loved the covered walkway where they could play with their toys. It was a 9 minute drive to Dunwich beach and we lucked out with sunny blue skies. I wish we had longer to explore the area more! Lyndsay was super responsive and provided lots of local recommendations.

Lovely place in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the seafront and the high street, all with the added benefit of a parking space. Place is bigger than it looks from the photos. Very nice and clean. A great place to stay.

The place was very clean, homely and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location, with 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute into the local town or the park. Perfect set up / layout for a 1 year old and a dog. Laura was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Thank you!

We have stayed at Angie’s place previously and was so welcoming we booked again. It is ideally situated with free parking and everything on your doorstep. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the additional touches were welcomed. We had a wonderful stay.

Apartment looks better than in the photos! We were staying for the half-marathon & they were very accommodating with a later checkout so that we could take our time freshening up afterwards. 100% recommend

If you want to have a spacious apartment in central Cambridge, this is the place for you! The exterior definitely belies the interior. Communication with the hosts was also very good. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Very nice brand new apartment, well equipped and in a perfect spot

We love this apartment for it's proximity to everything, whether it's sea, cliff walks, cafes and restaurants and shops. The dual aspect light, and sea views are fantastic. There are also great views over the town. Sheringham really has everything and the apartment is a very comfortable space to enjoy it.

This is a great apartment to stay in whilst visiting Cambridge - parking spot is good. We used Uber to get to the centre, cost between £9-£14 depending on time of day. Everything was clean, some nice touches giving the space more character. There was a retail park close by (5 min drive) which had everything you’d need The area felt safe and I would definitely stay here again. The host was really easy to communicate with and was very nice.

This is our 8th stay at Fran&Davids and it just gets better.Lovely welcoming goodies and just a fabulous apartment in a great, position,close to the town and beach but also feels very peaceful and quiet.We can’t wait to return.

easy to find thanks to instructions, lovely and cosy, very comfortable bed, clean and well furnished. all amenities listed were present and welcome gift pack a very thoughtful and made us feel more at home. close enough to town to not need the car yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful. great place and hope to be staying again in the future

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
