Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Enjoyed my stay for a week, very good apartment and excellent location.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

A fantastic apartment in the centre of Sheringham! Perfect location, really spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Zafer left a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate for us as well which was a really nice touch! A great airbnb :)

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

Well what a wonderful stay Beautiful welcome package and birthday bits put out for mine and my fiancé’s birthdays. Very well thought out everything in the property. We didn’t need for anything. And a beautiful home made cake. It was comfortable and very beautiful we will be back to stay again Tina and Greg went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. You really couldn’t ask for better hosts.

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Lavender house was beautiful. Very welcoming, four generations under one roof 6-90yrs! The spa pool was much used especially by the younger generations. The local pub next door was very welcoming by all. Will definitely return Thank you

We loved staying at Jessica's place, had great family time for my birthday. The open plan lounge and dining area really meant we could spend the time together, eating and playing games. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous find & perfect location for a dog friendly break. Our two Corgis didn’t want to leave, in fact they made themselves a little too comfortable with their beautiful surroundings! Oliver & Melanie were super responsive hosts throughout our stay & we were made to feel really at home on their gorgeous estate by everyone we met, including the chickens & horses 😋 Would definitely love to return as its a perfect base to explore North Norfolk.

We stayed at this gorgeous house for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. There was 13 of us and we had an absolutely amazing time. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay coffee tea etc plenty of towels for us to use also. We were looking for a venue more secluded as we were conscious that we were a large group and didn’t want to disturb anyone. The house was the perfect location for this. Liz and Peter were incredibly helpful prior and throughout our stay and we are hoping to come back in the summer! Thanks again for hosting us, we had a blast.

I had an amazing stay at Sam’s place! The location couldn’t be better: right next to a beautiful park, with Starbucks and Tesco just outside the door, and at the heart of Cambridge, surrounded by great restaurants. The bus station is also conveniently nearby (literally one minute walk), making it super easy to get around. Sam and his wife were incredibly friendly, helpful, and easygoing, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here—perfect spot, great hosts, and a fantastic overall experience!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

Colleen's flat is ideally situated for those who want easy access to the historic city centre and the Cambridge colleges without feeling inundated by waves upon waves of tourists. Colleen is an excellent host; knowledgeable about the area and about much else, she has interesting political and cultural insights to offer and makes guests feel very much at home. Her dog Missy adds to the flat's charm and warmth. I enjoyed my brief stay at Colleen's flat and recommend it highly!

Brilliant night away. Was very clean and tidy, with great decor. The spa was great, everything worked as it should and was well explained on how to use. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
