We had the best time staying in Willow. My two children loved running through the paths and really enjoyed the whole experience. This was our second time staying with Firs and we will definitely be back.

We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad in de Bell tent van Amber! Hele fijne ruime tent, met alles wat we nodig hadden. Lekkere douches, schone toiletten, goede wasbakken voor de afwas etc. Pingpongen en badmintonnen tot je erbij neervalt, hout zoeken in het bos voor het vuurtje, wandelen door de Engelse weilanden. Een aantal nachten waren we helemaal alleen op de camping, heel luxe :) Op andere dagen waren er andere gezinnen, wat heel gezellig was. De tenten staan ver genoeg uit elkaar om geen ‘last’ van elkaar te hebben. Het bewilderwood ernaast was ontzettend leuk voor de kinderen. Als je overdag op de camping bent, dan hoor je inderdaad wel eens wat geluid daar vandaan komen, maar zeker niet storend. Voor boodschappen moet je een stukje rijden, prima te doen! Kortom, wat ons betreft een aanrader!

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Abbotts Rest, we wished we had been able to stay longer. The place is beautiful and secluded and the private outdoor bathroom was really nice to have. Tim is a great host and there's plenty of great details in both the Safari Tents and on the campsite as a whole. Highly recommend.

We had a most relaxing, happy time with our extended family in such a perfect setting amongst nature. We even got to hear the night cries of a barn owl and night jar. The sauna and firepit were put to good use. Amber met our needs with amiabIe efficiency. I liked the fact no cars were permitted in the field. It all made the experience one to be repeated again.

Well equipped, comfortable safari tent, plenty of space inside and out for our family of six plus one dog. Thoughtful little treats left for us when we arrived. Electric blankets were a game changer on our second night (when we discovered them!) and helped keep us toasty warm. We had a lovely break away and will remember Hawthorns for future short breaks.

What a fab glamping site. There are three bell tents, perfect for our party of three families. We each had our own shower room, toilet and small kitchen. All well equipped with cutlery, microwave, toaster, utensils and crockery. We had use of the tennis court and large garden area. We have been camping each bank holiday with our boys for 12 years and this year decided to go glamping instead. Don’t think we’ll even go back to camping! This gave us all the stuff about camping we love - being outdoors, space, kids off exploring, campfires and bbqs etc but without the putting up and and taking down a soggy tent! We loved the site so much especially the wood burner in the tents - so cosy just before bed! We were glad we brought our gazebo as it rained all day Saturday and there was no communal sheltered seating area which would have been beneficial. Great hosts, so much thought into what we would need and great communication. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.

What a delightful place to stay. Accommodation outstanding, Samantha thought of everything you could need. Great location. We walked to the local playground. Ate at the local pub, very friendly landlord. It was a lovely way to spend a sunny weekend. Thank you Samantha, you and your family made us very welcome.

We had such a lovely stay, each tent is very private, comfortable and pretty. We loved it all! Tom and Sophie were fantastic 😊

We had such a wonderful stay at this glamping site! The hosts truly thought of everything—every little detail was so well considered. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had such a relaxing vibe. It’s a perfect getaway for families, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. Highly recommend and would love to come back!!

This is such a perfect place for a family holiday. Amazing and safe campsite close to loads of beaches, cafes and amenities. This is our second trip as a family to Firs and we will definitely be back next year.

Lovely time there was no one else in the other yurts so we felt like can walk naked lol Would like to come with friends there as a lot of space in the kitchen area , large table … Clean toilets or you can use compost one if need a quick one ;)

Me and my son had a precious few days away at Sophie and toms retreat! Beautiful tent, stunning place! Great facilities We ventured off to Africa Alive for the day then came back and had a bbq.. amazing place!! Can’t wait to return!

Fantastic space to spend a few nights. Peaceful and Secluded with a very quick walk into town. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the dog friendly country cottage tent. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped including USB chargers. The shower was better than most I’ve encountered over the years in wilder camp sites. Gavin, the host, is a great communicator, does what he says he will do and if you don’t go for his breakfast basket then wow you miss out. He could not be more attentive in helping his guests whilst being utterly discrete. Next time we go we will ask for the bbq pack too. The other guests were really friendly and although we were only there one night we would have loved to stay longer and we will definitely return, my children will see to that for sure. 5* from us.

Great ‘camping’ break. The lodges are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Lovely location with many eateries, shops, beach close by.

Our stay in the Scarlet Oak bell tent was amazing. Tents were spaced out enough for privacy but close enough to the toilets, showers and kitchen. The tent was donemout beautifully with such lovely attention. A beautiful picnic basket was filled with tea, coffee and crockery and milk was ready for us in the coolbox. The beds/sofa beds were comfy and had lovely duvets and blankets to keep us warm. Everything was clean and ready for us to use. Louisa was amazing, quick to respond to messages or phone calls. Met her on the second day and she was lovely to speak to, even remembered why we were in Norfolk. The weather hasn't been great this weekend but staying at Ashcroft was still a lovely experience, one that myself, my husband and two girls loved. Will definitely be back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Anna's Wild Retreat with my family of 4 (incl 2 teenage boys), and it was a great experience. The yurts (1 for sleeping/chilling, 1 for dining/chilling) are incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering more than enough room to relax and unwind. The setting was absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful location with easy driveable access to various beauty spots in Norfolk (most famous beaches are approx 45 mins drive away). So whether you’re looking to explore the coastline, wander through charming villages, or simply enjoy the peaceful countryside, this is the perfect base. Anna also has various games/outdoor equipment to enjoy time at the site. Make sure you try the food provided by the host (request the menu). Every meal was outstanding, showcasing local ingredients and prepared with great care. It added a wonderful, personal touch to our stay.

Lovely place. Would definitely recommend. Virgo was our favourite of the 3 tents as was the most private but all were in a lovely spot. Thanks Samantha!

Place had mini festival vibes.. well thought out and planned site perfect for ‘camping’ with the kids & dogs. Kitchen has everything you need & great having your own loo & shower. Definitely will return again.
