As advertised and we would highly recommend. Quick respondes to any questions. Very clean, cool decore, the games and toys for pool were a hit for the kids. Only 10 minutes from mustang Island and minutes from whitecap. Really a great place and we would 100% return.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

This place had great views and easy access to beach and restaurants. The complex was quiet and everyone was friendly. We appreciated the suggestions that John gave with the welcome message.

we really enjoy this place, everything was clean and accurate, just like the pictures. the kitchen had eveverything we needed to cook a meal. I like that the coffe maker was not a kuering, I prefer to make more than one cup at a time. we will definitely be going back.

The place is on the smaller side but was still cozy and comfortable. Although the room is in an older condo, the entire condo and room was clean and well-maintained, and the indoor pool was nice, especially after spending all day at the beach. Erica was also a very responsive host, attending to any issues we had (like the remote not working) instantaneously. An overall nice place to stay at a very good value.

My wife and I stayed at Anchor Resort in 2023 at a different unit and was familiar with the location. Being retired I asked Debi how we could receive the best possible rate, Debi worked it out and that took her to a 6 star rating! Our plan was to stay until the end of March but a unexpected death required us to leave earlier than planned, I informed Debi of the situation and she offered a partial refund, that took her to a 7 star rating! The washer and dryer were a great benefit for us since our plan was to stay 10 weeks, the arrangement of the unit provided a more open appearance compared to a previous unit we stayed in. The only downside, and by no means a deal breaker, we’re the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. They were older but functional. Since we were staying long term, the majority of our meals were in the condo. Again, this was not a deal breaker. Debi is definitely a super host and we are definitely making plans for our next trip to the “Shark”!

It was a quick getaway for my family. It was easy to get to and the instructions provided were straightforward and helpful. Quiet and peaceful stay and area. Close to the beach as described and easy access. Pool and hot tub were heated and clean. Overall a good experience, we would rent again. Thank you.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

Place was gorgeous. Exactly like the pictures. It’s literally like a 7 minute walk from the beach which was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and everything u need located nearby. Only downside was that the AC was SO loud it was hard to sleep at times. However, it was nice and cool and breezy inside. So it does work. Host is very kind we had everything we needed!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ernie and Denise’s place. We could unwind and enjoy the area. There were so many helpful items at the condo - from spices in the kitchen and small bathroom items to the chairs, towels and wagon for the beach. Ernie and Denise made it easy to relax with their thoughtfulness. Thanks for a great last “spring break” for this pair of educators!

Kimberly was an awesome host! The unit was super clean and well stocked. My kids enjoyed the snack basket she supplied for us. The unit was right around the corner from the beach entrance and right off the main strip, super easy to find. Would definitely recommend to others and will be going back for sure.

We had the absolute best time at Mike’s place. Plenty of room, great amenities very responsive to requests and questions. Perfect spot for a family. Great for dogs to run around in the big backyard. Loved having the option of renting a golf cart. We will definitely be back and bring more family members. Location was fantastic. You could walk to restaurants and the beach. Thank you for letting us stay for a long weekend, we can’t wait to come back!!

I recently stayed at this incredible beach house and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor porch was perfect for relaxing. I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Five stars all the way!

We always love our time at Palmilla Beach! the pools, the restaurants, the green space and live music...such a great summer beach town vibe. Loved the house, it was clean and comfortable and beautiful. Had everything we needed. Loved that the host was on property and able to help us when we needed a hand. Would rent again, loved it!

We had a great stay at the Crab Shack. Place was super cute, modern and neat & clean. Location was walking distance to the beach, and only 10 minutes drive to the national park & gorgeous beaches. First time in N. Padre, we can’t wait to go back.
