Great stay with our kids here. Best part was the amazing snorkeling- right off the beach at the bottom of the stairs. The reef here made things calm and the fish we saw were amazing. Very private and quiet. Kids also loved the beach with waves about .5 mi down the road by Pascals restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Road to get there is rough but we loved the seclusion and adventure.

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

We had another wonderful time in Eleuthera. Hibiscus House was everything we had hoped for and more. The house has more than you would want/need. It's location is great! a few steps to the beach...a few less to the pool.... it has a beautiful porch where we spent many hours reading and relaxing. Beautiful breeze, no bugs. Alexandra was available if needed. Lydia met us at the house to swap out the coffee maker....already in the works ( we didn't even know it was broken) . The fridge had a built-in ice maker making cubes for cold drinks easy and immediate. High end all the way; not necessary in Eleuthera but certainly a surprise and appreciated! We totally recommend Hibiscus House. If you are looking to a totally worry free, relaxing vacation...look no further.

This place was perfect for six of us. There was a beautiful beach nearby. We were also close to downtown with shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

Heidi was very quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc… she even sent her husband over to show me how to operate the front door one evening. He was very kind and helpful just like Heidi. The house and pool were spotless and we were very comfortable there. I was able to walk to the beach just about every morning. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. The only things that were missing and would have been nice to have were a gas grill and beach supplies like a cooler and chairs. Very enjoyable stay and a beautiful island!

We loved our stay at Deborah's home. It was private and quiet with a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea and lots of stars at night. The pool was super refreshing after a day in the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. There were so many good tips and recommendations in the information we were sent, and everything was printed out for us at the house. The power went out briefly (it can happen, Eleuthera is remote and rugged!), and there were flashlights at the ready at the house. Its a bit hard to find things on Eleuthera, and we made several wrong turns looking for her place, but it was mostly fatigue that caused our confusion. Once we got our bearings on the island we were able to navigate quite easily. You'll definitely need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get around the island - the caretaker he met us at the airport with a jeep. Bring your own snorkel equipment, some of stuff at the house is old and might not fit kids.

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

The most amazing private house on the most beautiful beach! The house was a perfect location, immaculate, and so cozy for the 2 of us. Loved the deck overlooking the gorgeous beach. The beach was perfect for walks, swimming, sunbathing and collecting shells.

Spectacular beachfront setting with open ocean views. Very private setting. Although there are other homes on Banks Road it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Several good restaurants and pristine, sheltered beaches are just a short drive away. Home is partially updated (new appliances, new TV, new outdoor furniture and new covered beachfront deck with 4 lounge chairs) and features a spiral staircase to get to 2nd floor where the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located. We were very happy with our stay. Rachel was highly responsive and we would welcome the opportunity to visit again.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a breathtakingly peaceful paradise. North Eleuthera is a quiet island with an airport and a small supermarket, and it’s almost deserted, making it the perfect escape. Diana’s house was the ultimate retreat. The bedrooms were very comfortable, bathrooms practical, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living area was cozy with a large dining table for sharing meals. We even got to enjoy the eclipse thanks to the house's telescope! The outdoor space was where we spent most of our time – just a book, some sunscreen, and a setting beyond our dreams. A huge thank you for those unforgettable days, especially for giving my grandfather the best 81st birthday celebration. Don’t hesitate for a second – Diana's house was the perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation. It will remain a cherished memory for us!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing vacay, this is your spot. The house is brand new and beautiful, the beach is outstanding. You are very close to the Caribbean side of the island, if you prefer calmer waters. Laura was very responsive and the local managers were very helpful and welcoming. Tips- if you’ve never been to Eleuthera- know that it’s more rural and laid back. There are resorts but it’s not so commercialized (which was ideal for us). Many times we had the whole beach to ourselves. There’s an adventure built in- navigating the island, finding good food spots, etc. The locals are incredibly Friendly and helpful and will give great advice for places to go and things to do. When booking a car- really try to get an SUV. We were a little late to the game and got a car instead. It’s do-able but the roads can be a little rough and to get to most things you have to drive unpaved roads. Overall great trip!

This was our second stay at this house and we plan on going back next year. The location is perfect. The view from the front yard is beautiful. The house has everything you need and is spotless. Walter is wonderful and attentive. We highly recommend!!

If you're going to be traveling to Eleuthera, look no further! Shannon's bungalow sits high above the ocean giving beautiful daytime views and at night the stars are incredible, too. You'll be situated in a great middle ground for anything you'd like to do in the island. Minutes from beautiful beaches and great restaurants in town. Black outs are common (and did happen while we were there!) but we did not even notice due to Shannon's off-grid setup. As a host, Shannon is top tier and can help with anything you need while on-site. 10/10 would stay again!

Great place and easy walk to the beautiful beach which was away from the resort crowds. Shawne was very friendly and even picked us up at the docks and brought us to the house. The house was very clean, new, and well equipped.

This is my 2nd stay with Anna and this trip was even better than the last. The house is just as pictured. Anna is very responsive and the check in process was easy. The house has all the amenities needed for your stay. Very clean and the view is amazing. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is a beautiful place with modern everything. The house sits in a great position to explore the more uninhabited parts of the island or any of the great surf spots Eleuthera has to offer. The house has all the things that you might forget on a trip or hard to find in the smaller towns around Eleuthera.

The Cottage offers beautiful views over the bay and of the local marine life. Turtles poke their heads out and sting rays float under the dock. Housekeeper Jennifer is charming and ensures you are on holiday, tending to bedding, towels, etc. A generator keeps lights, appliances and wifi on during the occasional power cut. The golf cart is needed to reach the local restaurants and shops which are a 5 to 8 min drive away, Pink Sands beach is a 5min walk. Great spot for a family vacation, just keep in mind if you have young kids the cottage is de facto two fully equipped flats (twin bedrooms are upstairs) which are not interconnected internally.

Blue Moon was an absolutely amazing right on the Beach at Gaulding Cay Beach. There are no other rentals directly on the beach here. The water was amazing crystal clear just a few steps through the coconut tree. (Not many bugs) We used the SUP and double kayak one afternoon. And everyday we snorkeled the rock everyday. Hanging out listening to the water and coconut trees in a hammock was extremely relaxing. The house has loads of books and a great collection of art. Daddy Joes was just a short walk down the road. Gregory town is just a 4 minute ride in the car. We are looking forward to our next stay. I am dreaming about that beach and hammock!!

The place was absolutely amazing! We love it so much we are planning on booking again. Host was responsive and property manager was very helpful. We love the location, the privacy and the place in general. One issue we had was the Wi-Fi. David tried to fix it a couple of times but we were not able to connect. We needed it for the kiddos. Other than that like I said before we loved the place, definitely a repeat! Thank you!

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The host Ms. Barbara is very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The photos doesn’t give this cottage any justice! It’s super huge, clean, and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. There is an amazing private beach steps away from the back porch. I would most definitely stay at this cottage if I was to visit southern Eleuthera again.

This home was centrally located for exploring all Eleuthera has to offer. The home had all the basics we needed. The view from the porch was beautiful. We loaded our car up each morning with the coolers provided and snorkel gear and explored the many beaches Eleuthera has to offer, it was an amazing experience. The host was always easy to get ahold of and responsive. Gaulding Cay and Receivers beach old boat dock were the best snorkeling we found. Lots of fish! Lighthouse beach point was well worth the long drive and hike. Jumping in the Sapphire Blue hole was also a highlight- as long as you have upper body strength to pull yourself back out. Keep in mind most grocery stores close early or aren't open on Sundays. All the locals were so friendly and helpful. It was an amazing adventure! Thank you!!

We loved the location of this place! It’s way bigger than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked- sharp knives- which I’ve usually experienced crappy knives in airbnbs! The fans in the bedroom and the kitchen kept good air flow that we didn’t even need to use the ac at all. There is a nice big closet to store your luggage and hang all of your clothes. The bathroom is big and the shower is so lovely. Bed is super soft and comfy. The patio, the privacy of the property and all the trees and flowers were the main reason we chose to stay here, and it was just magical. People talk about all the little noseeums- we didn’t experience any at the Airbnb thankfully! But on some of the beaches and at a few restaurants on the beach- omg they destroy you. I had hundreds of bites all over my legs. Finding this house can be tricky- in Gregory town, the queens highway turns left and goes uphill, Unca Genes bar on the right. Go up the hill a ways and far up on the left is champions bar

Large one bedroom place, very clean and well equipped kitchen. We loved being right on the water for quick swims and just looking at the ocean. Huge bathroom with laundry and great water pressure (not fed from a cistern). 2 local restaurants and the best fresh foods market within a mile of the house. Has 2 trundle beds in the living room that would be great for kids. Also has lots of blow up beach toys and a cooler for taking food / beer to the beach. Deck has both sun and shade areas to sit in. We explored the whole island and found miles of empty beaches, we would definitely come back!
