Enjoyed The Flats! House was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the AC worked well. Lots of chickens and roosters around the property and it is located behind a little grocery store to get supplies. Loved having housekeeping every two days! Only suggestion to those staying is to bring your own shampoo/body wash as there wasn't any in the bathrooms. Only bars of soap are provided. Lemmie and her sons fixed anything we had an issue with quickly. Would highly recommend The Flats as a great place to stay! Hope to return someday!

We enjoyed staying in the Tuna Can. Suzanne was always available to chat or provide information. She was a great host and knowledgeable of the happenings going on around Spanish Wells. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island so it’s not far from anything. We appreciated Suzy, her place, and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful stay in a calming environment! Eldecia, was a very responsive host!

Arlenes place is absolutely lovely. In a local neighbourhood, but not far from beaches, amenities, food and drink etc. it was very beneficial to also rent a car from Arlene, you need one to see the whole of the beautiful island. Whilst the property is shared between 3 units, with shared outdoor space, it still felt very homely and private, like living in a home away from home rather than a vacation rental, and being in a local neighbourhood also added to the charm. All the neighbours were respectful and charming. I would highly recommend Arlene’s place for a genuine Elutherean experience.

Je recommande à 100% Rosemary et Spencer sont très gentils et très accueillants, Il est venu nous chercher en haut de l’île a notre arrivée et nous a déposer a l’aéroport du sud de l’île le matin de notre départ, La voiture que Spencer nous a mise a disposition nous a était très utile, Le logement est très propre, calme, la vue est magnifique. La réalité est très conforme a la description, Je n’hésiterai pas a revenir, Merci pour l’accueil !

Lucia's apartment is lovely and Lucia is a welcoming host; I immediately felt at home. Lucia was always very quick to respond to any texts/questions. The apartment is clean, comfortable, airy and bright; just as pictured on the listing. The beds are comfortable; A/C, WiFi & Roku based TV in the bedroom all worked well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Lucia thoughtfully provides a few breakfast items for arrival. There is a filtered water cooler and a Nespresso machine & pods. I spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the large upstairs porch which overlooks the lovely garden through bougainvillea & coconut palms. It was so serene; like sitting in a tree house! There are a few shy resident cats and the lovely and friendly Bella, who I miss! The beautiful, calm turquoise waters of the 2 mile long beach are just a block away. Restaurants & the grocery store are within easy walking or biking distance with provided bicycles. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing vacay, this is your spot. The house is brand new and beautiful, the beach is outstanding. You are very close to the Caribbean side of the island, if you prefer calmer waters. Laura was very responsive and the local managers were very helpful and welcoming. Tips- if you’ve never been to Eleuthera- know that it’s more rural and laid back. There are resorts but it’s not so commercialized (which was ideal for us). Many times we had the whole beach to ourselves. There’s an adventure built in- navigating the island, finding good food spots, etc. The locals are incredibly Friendly and helpful and will give great advice for places to go and things to do. When booking a car- really try to get an SUV. We were a little late to the game and got a car instead. It’s do-able but the roads can be a little rough and to get to most things you have to drive unpaved roads. Overall great trip!

We loved our stay! House was exactly as described and a perfect vacation! The house was stocked with all of our needed kitchen utensils, beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely loved the upstairs enclosed deck area with chairs! Will definitely be back!

Truly exceptional. Perfect place for a family. The house had everything we needed. Shawne was fantastic picked us up at the dock and helped arrange a golf cart to get around. Favorites: Coco's for Breakfast, TeeJay's for beach chairs and lunch, Dinner- Rooster Bar has a great happy hour, Da Vine Wine Merchants- phenomenal sushi, and the Landing

Amazing Amazing! The home is absolutely beautiful and feels very warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious and literally had EVERYTHING we needed. Mary-Bec and Marty are indeed the best host. They are very responsive, helpful, kind and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better home or better hosts. I will definitely be back !

Loved the location and the peace and quiet. Loved the new quartz countertops. Had great stay, would stay again.

Monkey Beach is so private, you feel like you are on your own island. The cottage is beautiful inside but the view is just unreal. Everything is so comfortable—sofas, bed, sun beds. Kitchen is great with modern appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need. We loved our week and can’t wait to return! The hostess and property manager were great, communicative and helpful. Don’t read this because I want the place to myself.

It was a pleasure to stay at April’s house. The home was spacious and absolutely fabulous. April was an awesome host, who checked on us daily….I cant wait to book this place again. Highly recommended!
