This is the second time we’ve booked this house and it lives up to our memories. Location is great in the neighborhood of Kensington. The pool is perfect. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Can’t wait to come back.

Exactly as advertised, great two bedroom. Clean and well organized. The airport and highway noise is real (we live in the mountains so cities always feel loud) but nothing that kept us up at night.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts truly thought of everything, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and hospitable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This place was good for a large group we liked the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the pool was excellent and the kids loved it!

We loved our stay. The host was so responsive and helpful. The pool was beautiful.

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. Simply perfect! The location is peaceful and private. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the fire pit watching the sunrise and stargazing in the hot tub at night. The cabin was so thoughtfully appointed, from the board games to the fireplace to the well-stocked Kuerig and so much more. David was very responsive and is an outstanding host. There’s not enough room to list all the great features of this cabin. If you are reading this and thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Jason’s home is a perfectly preserved slice of nostalgia and charm. The design and decor were so beautiful. Everything was organized with helpful labels and details that made the stay seamless. We loved the DVD collection and it became a nightly tradition to pick one out. The accommodations for dogs are above and beyond. Our favorite memory was watching them swim in the pond. They were in heaven. Best stay in Julian! Already dreaming of our next visit. 🥰

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

We stayed in April, it was cold and it snowed. We enjoyed the hot tub, a warm house a walking outside.

Second time staying at this property and that’s the greatest endorsement I can give ! The property is quiet, private and very clean. Beautiful views and great star gazing. I’ll be back in the future !
