Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

What a great private apartment set back from the road and noise. Perfect bedroom size with large bathroom upstairs and ample size lounge room open to the kitchen downstairs. We travelled with our Mini Dachshunds and the comfy lounges and tiled floors made it a very comfortable stress free stay. Outdoor area has beautiful trees with shade and a herb garden. Was nice to relax and water it all. Dogs were very comfortable outside and is fully enclosed. Location is perfect with access to lots of dining options and great coffee and a block away from the beach. Was a hot week in Perth, over 40 degrees every day, and the apartment was cool downstairs without aircon (we are not a fan of it) and was very cool upstairs with the aircon at night. 100% would book again. Thanks for the stay 😊

We have stayed here before and can only repeat that it is a lovely house in a great location for everything. Shops a couple of minutes walk away. Beaches, golf courses , trains and large shopping centres a 15 minute drive. Karen is a great host and easy to contact and will be staying here again on our next visit to Perth.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Amazing stay! The apartment was lovely, with great amenities. We had great use of the communal area outside to include the pool. The apartment was clean and modern. The location was close to local lakes and parks and we were able to explore Rottnest Island, Hilarys harbour and Caversham wildlife park during our stay within an easy drive of all. The host Bella was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better, and the guide she put together was really useful. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Perth and we would love to stay here again one day.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

This our second visit to this unit. It is spacious, clean, has a good kitchen, shower and lovely outdoor courtyard. Rod and Leonie are proactive hosts who communicate clearly and promptly and we felt immediately at home. Easy walking to a fabulous beach, 25 mins walk to Hillary's or a short drive. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby plus only a short drive to the train station to get into Perth city We highly recommend

Mike and Julie were very welcoming and down to earth. The accommodation was within walking distance to the beach, surf club and walking tracks. Shops and the train station were only a short drive away. We had access to a good sized pool. Mike and Julie were very approachable if we had questions. The apartment was very roomy with a huge living area and a well equipped kitchen. The oven was amazing! Quinns Beach is a quiet and family friendly area. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend other people stay.

Super happy with Linda’s place. Brilliant location in Freo, clean, tidy and very spacious with a couple of outdoor seating options. Responsive and friendly communication. We have already recommended to a few of our friends. Just be mindful the car space supplied is a bit tight. But it is secure, undercover and comes included in the cost!

Andrew couldn't have been more helpful, greeting us on arrival to explain the parking (not difficult but best explained once!) and access to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for our family (5 of us) and the kids used the pool every day. Walking distance to everything we wanted (Barack St Jetty, Langley park and Herrisson Island for the Kangaroos) and plenty of free busses if you need them to get about. Even though Langley Park was hosting a few New Year events the access was always clear and quiet, and the local IGA and Liquor Store were five minutes walk at most.

Helles, sauberes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und einem Tiefgaragenplatz. Mit den detaillierten Anweisungen von Lyda war es kein Problem, in das Apartment zu gelangen. Zum Zentrum von Perth haben wir zu Fuß nur eine Viertelstunde gebraucht. Zum Kings Park sind wir dann doch mit dem Auto gefahren, da der Park auf einem Hügel liegt (viele Stufen) und es an diesem Tag sehr heiß war. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nicht den Verkehrslärm vom Straßendrehkreuz. Wir können das Apartment von Lyda uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Place looks exactly like they are in the photos, tidy, spacious and cozy. We stayed for almost a week and we actually felt like home. Location is around 10mins drive to the centre of Perth which is very convenient, while retaining the privacy and tranquillity in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend in staying in this listing.

Love the large pad where you can chill

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

perfect location to spend a few nights in Fremantle. close to restaurants, bars or walking to watch the sunset. property was spotlessly clean and Jen provided a few items such as tea coffee milk and a special treat. would definitely recommend this property to stay in Fremantle

We had a wonderful time in this very nice and comfortable accommodation. The flat was perfect for our 8 day stay - everything was clean, well equipped and very cosy. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!
