Jon’s place was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is 5 min from a small grocery store if you need anything quick and 15 min from North Pole town. We felt safe while we stayed there and were happy with how peaceful the neighborhood was. You can see the northern lights by just stepping outside. Jon even texted us at night to let us know we could see them which was super helpful. He was accommodating and always very responsive. Checkin and checkout were also very easy and we had no problems. I would recommend staying here

This is one of the best air bnb I've ever stayed at. It was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location to chase the Northern Lights in Fairbanks. That was the main purpose of my goal, and even in the two nights where I didn't go out, I saw the Aurora from the cabin! the area is dark enough for some incredible Aurora viewing and the views with the Alaskan range in the distance. are superb. Lavinia was one of the friendliest host I've met, she made sure we were comfortable at all times and shared with us Aurora locations and even a list of her favorite local restaurants in Fairbanks, which were delicious! We'll definitely stay at Lavinia in our future trips to Fairbanks! Thank you!

Stayed at this place for the first half of our trip and loved it so much we decided to come back for the last portion of our trip. Great location to restaurants and our planned activities, clean, feels safe and right at home. Even got to see the northern lights right outside on our last night in town!

Had a great stay for our first visit in Fairbanks. Kyle was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was super convenient. The place was spotless, it was also very private, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Caleb and Grace have done a beautiful job creating a comfortable and modern space. From heated floors and soft linens to a kitchen with everything we needed and more. The place presented as new and even better than the photos! The location is just outside of town but still an easy few minutes drive. We liked it so much we stayed a second time on our way back through Fairbanks a few days later! We’ll be back again our next time visiting Fairbanks, no question!

I had one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! The neighborhood was incredibly cute, and the family hosting was very nice and welcoming. The place had all the kitchen amenities I needed, a clean bathroom, and comfy couches that made it easy to relax. One of the highlights was even being able to see the Aurora from the property—a truly unforgettable experience. The location was fantastic too, with everything in a charming area and conveniently close to Walmart and other amenities. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable getaway with a warm, homey feel.

This was by far the nicest place we have rented in Fairbanks. Close to downtown to be walkable. Centrally located for an easy commute to any part of town. Lisa was a great host and so friendly. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. I LOVED the decor. All the matching colors made it feel cute and cozy. The kitchen appliances, dishes, and utensils all matched which made me smile every day. The desk in the bedroom worked out great for me to work and not clutter up the rest of the house. I will try to book with Lisa again on future trips. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Lisa!

This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and it is located right in the heart of Fairbanks, AK! It truly gives that special experience you want to have on a vacation. It doesn't matter if you've already been to Fairbanks once or a hundred times, this is a beautiful place to be. I stayed for a week and I had everything I could have wished for at home. The entrance is private, safe and secure. There's so many wonderful things to say about the area and all the places to see and enjoy! This penthouse airbnb and it's location downtown is definitely top-tier! Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

We came to Fairbanks for a championship swim meet, Dev was great about communicating, helpful for checkin and flexible when we needed to add another kiddo for one night last minute. This condo was centrally located, very close to the aquatic center where my kids were swimming, and close to downtown, and Fred Myer (deck snacks!).

My friends and I all agreed that this was one of the most impressive well done and thoughtful Airbnb stays we’ve been in. They thought of every thing. Not only were there so many thoughtful inclusions (like toothbrushes, laundry detergent, Tupperware, etc) it was all labeled and easy to find and use! Carl was super responsive, the house was so clean, and he even helped me realize I mixed up my booking dates when I got confused about my red eye flight before it was too late 😳… Also we had a blast! Definitely recommend this location!

Great layout, plenty of amenities, really enjoyed our stay. Beds were ideal for 3 bears: some soft, some hard, some just right!

We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

Really appreciated the hospitality!! Took advantage of the shared kitchen every morning. Went to The Pump House for dinner and had the salmon and seafood chowder, caught the northern lights, and took a trip to Chena hot springs. Will definitely be back someday!

this was a very comfy and clean very nicely decorated and all we needed was available. I did refer few co workers n shared the experience as well. if possible I would and will stay again. ty

My favorite airbnb so far, I wish it were a rental!

This is a very nice AIRBNB. The photos & description are accurate. Its kitchen facilities include a full-sized refrigerator & freezer, a microwave, & sink. There is a 2 person bed with a lamp next to it. The living space also has a sofa, & a table with 2 chairs where you can eat. There is also a washer & dryer inside the unit. The unit also has entertainment options, including a dvd player and a huge set of Beatles videos & cds. There is also an off-street parking place. The AIRBNB is in a good location & is on a quiet side street. The place is quiet & I slept very well all 6 nights I was there. It also had brochures, maps & literature about the area. I met Danny, who is the owner of the AIRBNB. He is a very nice & very friendly & helpful & interesting person, and very easy to talk with. He gave me suggestions of additional possible places to see, and I did go to one that I did not know about. This place has a good price & very good value. I highly recommend this AIRBNB.
