Apartment: Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The proximity to the beach was perfect – it was private and offered breathtaking sunsets. The condo exceeded our expectations, appearing even better than in the photos. It was clean, spacious enough for us, and the kitchen, though compact, proved to be functional. Few TVs and clear instructions added to the overall convenience. Some beach equipment provided was a thoughtful touch. While the condo might come across as slightly outdated, it didn't bother us, especially considering the unbeatable combination of location, city vibe, neighborhood safety, and the reasonable pricing. Neighborhood: The surrounding area was truly delightful! Ideal for biking and safe evening walks, it's conveniently close to Venice Downtown for a variety of restaurants. Caspersen Beach, known for its shark teeth hunting, is also within close reach. The proximity of Legacy Trail adds value for bike enthusiasts.

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

We very much enjoyed staying in Carlos and Jackie’s condo. Very nice furnishings and well equipped. If we had a question about anything, response was immediate. There are many stairs to get up to the condo, but the beautiful, warm pool and beach are only steps away! It’s about a mile walk to the restaurants. We loved it there!

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

Our first time staying at Jean's place and we fell in love! Being that We are Florida natives and came back home to Englewood to visit family, this was a treat! It was so sweet finally staying in an adorable Florida style air bnb when I used to clean them! Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. Condo had everything we needed! ONLY con was (pool is heated and stayed a little warmer than we'd preffered for the middle of summer)- should only be heated in winter months. Thank you Jean! 🩷Brittney, Alanna and Andrew

Highly recommend- beautiful community, nice people, pool nearby. Lots to do in and out of the community. Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Susan was helpful and quick to respond with everything. Wish we could stay longer!

Mitchell’s place was so nice and homey for our family. My mom, my fiancé, our 8 month old and I all stayed here very comfortably. The two chairs in the living room were rockers so that was a HUGE plus for having a baby. The beach was a super short drive and there is an AWESOME goodwill right next door- if you’re into thrifting like me you’ll love this :) Farlows on the water was an amazing place for lunch. Ken and Barbs was a great place for dinner. Then to top it off, Made in the Shade is a nearby ice cream place that was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to travel back.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

Had a wonderful trip using Airbnb for the first time! The place was immaculate, and we truly felt at home. We especially loved the location—it was so close to our favorite spot, Boca Grande. Although we didn’t get to meet our host in person, he was incredibly helpful and responsive through messages. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Laura's place was exactly as expected.Some beach items and necessities were extremely helpful.Location was good, an easy walk to the beach when parking down there was challenging.Bed,linens and pillows were excellent.Awesome communication as well.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

Bright, well furnished condo on quiet lot with no through traffic. Well equipped kitchen, close to shopping and good restaurants. Nice pool and clubhouse. Host Tina answered my questions promptly and courteously. I rate it 5 out of 5. Next time I'm in Englewood this is the first place I'll seek out. I was very impressed . Thomas from Indiana.

Perfect location - we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We had a peaceful view of the bay and could easily walk to the beach within minutes. The condo was beautiful, parking was easy, the pool was refreshing - truly a great stay. It was a short walk to the restaurants, which was very convenient. The shuttle was available, but we enjoyed the walk. Communication with the owners was easy and felt very friendly. We had to leave early due to a family emergency, cutting our stay down to only 2 days, but I truly hope to schedule a make-up vacation in the future and hope this exact condo is available! It was great :)

Most of the time, you worry that the pics and descriptions of a place won't meet your expectations. Kate's place actually exceeded our expectations. It was roomier than expected, and had every possible amenity from your own home one would need. The pool was clean and warm, and restaurants were close by if you didn't want to leave the island. My only suggestion for future guests is to confirm with Kate what the current beach access policy is. If you're planning on walking across the street, you may see the No Trespassing sign we did. For us, we ended up biking to the state park instead (Kate provides backpack chairs), which was a nicer beach anyway. (Englewood beach is only a couple of minutes away, too, with paid parking.) Recommend!

We absolutely loved our return visit to Trish’s beautiful beach condo! Perfect location with gorgeous views, right on the beach. Everything you could need is provided, and Trish is readily available for any questions or concerns. Truly feels like a luxury resort! Highlight was seeing all of the fireworks displays all around the area from the upper balcony on the 4th of July!
