Wojciech was a great host - let us drop groceries off and check in early! The house was a 10 min drive to everything we had planned. We appreciated all of the beach amenities!

Absolutely loved everything about staying here. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly and the house was the perfect size for us. Christopher was very concerned about making sure we had what we needed in such a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if he will have us.

The house was very nice and clean. Joe was extremely responsive to any communication. Minor issues with the electronic lock but it was handled quickly. Make sure to bring your own water / coffee etc. That was one thing that would have been nice but certainly not a problem. We did not cook on our short trip but it looked like the necessary items were there. Overall, great experience, and the hosts are super nice and accommodating.

Fantastic stay! We has some issues with the house we rented last year so I was nervous about renting again. Delsy went way beyond normal to answer my many questions and concerns prior to renting with Her. She was very patient and gracious with us. Her house was spotless and bug free. All beds were comfortable. Highlight of this house is the back yard and many plants surrounding the house. There is a shaded area consisting of eating table, hot tub, and couches so you can get out of the sun and then the pool is in a sunny area all enclosed within a Lanai. Hot tub and pool were fantastic. Pool is about 12X24. Big enough to swim in yet small enough that the sun heated it up to a comfortable temp. Delsy is very nice . She bought us a new barbeque. House has some bonuses not mentioned in ad such as two beach chairs , and pool noodles. A wonderful experience and I would have no problem recommending this house to my friends. Thank you Delsy for everything.

Wir waren 10 Tage in My little paradise und es war wirklich wunderschön und genauso wie beschrieben. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber alles. Und egal welche Frage ich hatte - Humberto hat sie sehr zeitnah sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes beantwortet. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme mit der Klimaanlage da eine Beschreibung fehlt - aber das kommt vielleicht daher, dass wir in Deutschland keine im Haus haben und Amerikaner das besser durchschaut hätten. Aber es war kein Problem. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen und auch gerne wieder mieten.

Gail was terrific to work with. She was always responsive and answered my questions quickly and fully. The rental was exactly as we expected. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again! 🙂

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of three, but it would also work great for up to six guests! The pool was a beautiful 85 degrees 24/7 and the hot tub was very relaxing. Having a TV out by the pool area was a nice added bonus. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and we felt very safe there. Nice central location between things to do in Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and the Gulf beaches. Our 7 year old did not want to leave. We would definitely come back and rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay. We had to book quickly due to a family health emergency, but Elena was very accommodating and the home was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located.

Lovely unit in great location. Close to the main Venice beach and downtown area in Venice. The unit is clean, bright, and equipped with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout process. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Upon arrival, Te quickly and warmly greeted my husband, dog Mina, and I, showed us to our space and we immediately felt right at home!. CLEAN, organized, and literally offering everything needed to relax and enjoy vacation. Not to forget, the divine outdoor shower!! This space as a beautiful ambiance and incredible vibe, we will definitely be back!! 💜🙏☀️

The location of was perfect. It was only about 6 blocks to Venice beach and 4 blocks to the downtown shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were newly remodeled . Perfect for a couple. We hope to stay there again next March.

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

Our 2nd stay at The Grande Flats! Love the location! It's very walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach. Bike and golf cart rentals are right there yet the property is so quiet. Everyone on the premises is so friendly and helpful! Lisa is an amazing host!. She is so responsive to any concerns and aims to please! We had a small issue that she was on top of right away! We plan to return! Hopefully, next time beach chairs can either be provided in the unit or available to rent.

Chadwick Marina Cove was a wonderful place to stay, we had an event on Dearborn and Chadwick's was close by. It was great to see progress being made after the devastating storms. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks Scott and Judy

Beautiful location. Condo is right on the beach with quiet, peaceful surroundings. Restaurants are within easy walking distance.

We were very happy with Amy's condo. It was absolutely spotless and supplied with everything anyone could need. We really enjoyed being out on the screened in porch, watching the boats come in and out of the marina. We very much enjoyed our stay.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

Great place to stay with easy access to the beach!

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Lisa and Chris were great. We were left abandoned by another hoist the day we arrived and Lisa and Chris responded right away and helped make our vacation awesome. The place was great and the community was very nice...They are responsive and they will have us as returning renters again in the future......Thank you
