The house was perfect for our large group with a lot of beds and space! It was very spacious and in a great location- about a 15 minute drive from downtown. The yard had a ton of space as well.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

We had a problem at check-in which was no fault of Paul’s. I reached out and he immediately got back to me. He straightened everything out and made it right very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great Newport experience.

Very clean, ideal location tucked away near the downtown area. Walkable to most everything in downtown Newport. Host was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment was a bit pricy for what it was, and there were some serious scuff marks / damage to one of the walls that we reported immediately when we checked in so they knew it wasn't from our stay. The walls were very thin so we could hear everything the room next door was doing, but other than that, it was a great stay.

Bonnie’s place was the perfect weekend getaway! Nice, quiet locale, open backyard, right on the water. The hammock looks right out onto the lake, great spot to get some reading done or take your phone. I’m 6’2 and 220 pounds and didn’t feel worried about it. Bonnie was kind enough to give us some restaurant suggestions as well, which were delicious. Didn’t get the chance to use the hot tub, but access was easy. Only thing I’d say is there’s some HVAC sounds in the unit. Not something that bothers me, but if you’re a light sleeper, I could see it waking you up. It’s not so loud it’s distracting though. Warwick is at a nice in between spot in RI, so it’s easy to get to Providence or Newport, if you’re looking to explore, or Warwick Ave is just a few minutes drive away. Overall, had a great time, easy recommendation, and I hope I can come back sometime soon!!

This was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is amazing, walkable to everything. The hosts were so responsive. Literally would respond within 2 minutes of texting. They had a pack n play and high chair ready for us in the apartment when we got there. They also let us check in a bit early so that our baby could take her afternoon nap on time. They gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

We have stayed here several times. It’s a great place in a very convenient location. I highly recommend .

The rustic retreat was a cozy vintage inspired house that felt very homey. It was 5 minutes from great coffee shops and downtown Newport. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My daughter loved the secret bamboo garden ‘room’. Would definitely stay again. Lillian was very hospitable! Thank you!

This is my second time staying at one of Nancy’s properties, and just like before, it was a great experience. She is an excellent host that's always so responsive. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and just as comfortable as my previous stay at her other property. I really appreciate her attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend!

The place was great. Very charming house with plenty of room. Very easy to find as well. Roland was great. Super responsive and flexible!! If I make it to Middletown again I’ll stay here again for sure!

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with the feel of home or bed and breakfast. Clark and Galen have put a lot of love and thought into the setup. We enjoyed the available continental breakfast and kitchenette area, as well as the clean pool and hammock surrounded by a beautiful garden. The hosts were very attentive and available from start to finish.
