Cozy , warm cape cod home that was quiet and quite lovely for our stay. Tom was a delight. Very informative, responsive, and helpful before, during and after our stay. Great location for Riverside with a back yard path to the bike/ walking trail. Also not far from downtown Providence. Would definitely stay her again.

We had a wonderful stay in Newport. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic. An easy drive to downtown and the mansions ,as well as Middletown. Both have a variety of restaurants and shopping. Very neat and clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were impeccable. It is a split level, so if stairs are an issue you would want to take this into consideration.

This is definitely one of the nicest AB&Bs I've stayed in. Incredibly clean. Quiet. Has everything. Impeccably decorated and put together. I actually wished were there longer. If you need to stay in this area don't hesitate.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

Amazing home with lots of space and the perfect fenced in backyard for kids or pets. Kitchen was amazing ! overall 10/10 exactly what we were looking for. thanks again Tyler it was great .

Stayed here for a weekend as a girls getaway there were 5 of us and we had a fantastic relaxing time. We used the fireplace and sauna with relative easy, and overall had an amazing time. The home was beautiful, large and comfortable. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

This place is amazing! Valerie is an amazing host she put some much thought into making the place, comfortable and welcoming. So many nice touches like fresh ground local coffee, nice soaps and lotions in all the bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Plus it's walking distant to restaurants,bars and shopping. We enjoyed just walking the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful architecture

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

A very nice place to relax. My reason was because of work in the area. But I was delighted with the place. 100% recommended.

As my first ABnB, now I’m spoiled. My wife and I had a wonderful experience and any other future ABnB will have a high bar to reach. When we are visiting the area, this ABnB will be our first choice. Clean, private and a great host made for an out of this world experience. Felt like home away from home.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The place is absolutely beautiful, super clean, and in a great location. It's so close to restaurants and the mall, which made everything convenient. The host was friendly and provided easy instructions for getting into the apartment. We will definitely be back! 100/10!

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.
