Matt was an awesome host! He was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt really relaxed there. The location was perfect for exploring Newport. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He had great recommendations in his local guide. Fun trip for anyone looking to explore Newport.

The house was beautiful! Quaint and updated interior with spectacular views. The deck and hot tub overlooking the water were particularly stunning and peaceful. Beaches and restaurants in walking distance made the location ideal as well. We loved watching the ducks on the water each morning while we drank our coffee and spending time by the picture window overlooking the water. Our host was responsive and kind. All amenities we needed were provided and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen in rentals. Overall, a perfect week in a lovely home that we would absolutely want to enjoy again! Highly recommend.

Angelas house was perfect for the 4 adults who stayed there. Comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen has beautiful stove and lots of utensils. Just a short walk to the beach with great views and amazing sunsets. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Newport unforgettable

Juan and Alby were gracious hosts. Our previous rental was cancelled and they were very cooperative in getting our reservation solidified with our 3 day window for our family. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs over the past 15 years, but this location was super clean, organized and within reach of all the Newport. Thanks again Juan and Alby, if we could go over 5 stars, we would. Thanks again!

For a historic building, the place is maintained exceptionally well. The rooms are all newly renovated, spacious and clean. However, because it is an old building, some squeaks in the floor and pipes are inevitable. Especially for the bedroom on the first floor, there will be constant noises from the heater and pipes. But, other than that, the place is beautiful and we generally enjoyed our stay!

A cute, little tiny house in a peaceful neighbourhood ! Our pup Iris was made as equally welcome as us which always makes us happy. Good restaurants within walking distance as suggested in the extremely helpful welcome pack. Hubby loved the honor market when he got the munchies at night! Very well equipped kitchen with condiments, utensils and everything you would need. We cooked breakfast every morning and everything we needed was available. Perfect for a little getaway to explore beautiful Rhode Island! Thank you Corey and Jen!

Scott was so nice. He checked in with us to see if we needed anything at all and told us he was available 24/7. The house is very homey and very clean and had everything we needed.

Quiet cottage between the beaches

If I could give this cottage ten stars I would! I can’t say enough good things about it. Anthea was super helpful with her many recommendations of things to do, places to stay and restaurants to enjoy. From the minute we walked into the cottage, we felt at home. The beds were so comfortable. The place was spotless and I only wish we had more time to stay there. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to get away from the city and enjoy a quiet Thanks Giving with family. The view was amazing with its amber and red autumn leaves. It could have been straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting with a moving train in the distance. I can only imagine how this beautiful view changes with every season. We would have loved to use the spacious deck in the back but the brisk weather did not permit. Our host was available when needed with great suggestions of local restaurants for vegans as well as meat and seafood lovers. The cook in the family found every pot and pan needed for creating a wonderful Seaside Thanks Giving Dinner. There were easily accessible shopping and grocery stores in the area. This comfortable hideaway is only minutes from the airport for anyone who would like to fly in for a weekend retreat. rest assured we will be back.

We had a wonderful time visiting my daughter, who attends URI. The house was in a great location we walked to the beach and drove to Newport . It was very clean. It was a nice comfortable space.
