Great guest house for our stay that felt like an apartment with separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom spaces. Skylight in bathroom giving unique feel. Extra large closet space and extra tiny room with vacuum and spare floor fan. Everything as described and ice in freezer that came in clutch. Memorable cozy stay.

I can definitely see why people have booked this place 10x+! First the directions, instruction and recommendations could not be more clear and helpful, time was taken to get every detail. The property is in a gated community and parking was easy even with our Tundra. The property itself is absolutely beautiful! Heated pool, hot tub, beautiful, secluded outdoor entertainment area and seating. Even with the pool area being communal, it was quiet and easy going. The little house we had was perfectly private, bed was comfortable, place was clean and super cute! The tortoises are awesome! Thank you Diana for sharing your space and having anything and everything you may need. We came to deal with family loss only, but we would absolutely like to return to vacation!

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Melissa and Josh responded quickly when we arrived and did not know where to park. The Air BnB is in a neighborhood just off the two major freeways and just north of downtown Phoenix…so it’s a great location. The unit is just off the family’s backyard and is in a shady area of the yard….very pleasant. The bed was super comfortable with lights on each side of the beds. This is important to myself/husband as we like to read in bed. All together a great place.

Thank you Jaime and your hubby! My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at your quaint, well decorated with vintage vibe cottage. All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! Great place, convenient location, close to downtown and fast exit to the highway. This Air BnB has everything you would need if you would like to prepare a meal yourself or just walk to several nearby restaurants, if cooking isn't your thing. The little zen garden is awesome and I wish I had more time to spend there relaxing. Cindy and Greg are super nice hosts, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

Kim's place is a dream! You feel like you have your own private place on a huge estate. The deck is so private! We watched the sunrise every morning If you take a short drive to the top or side of South Mountain,and you can see the entire city of Phoenix and the sunset. The unit is well stocked and has everything you need fir a great stay. We loved the robes and double shower heads!

Our experience, from the moment we discovered The Lazy Atom on line until our departure from Richard and Alison's fantastical property was an absolutely delightful adventure. It's clear how much fun the owners have had transforming their dream into a reality for guests to immerse themselves in. Such a joy to step back in time! The owner's creativity, passion and thoughtful attention to every detail made every aspect of our stay extraordinary. We'll be talking about sitting on the shaded patio sipping on a refreshingly cold bottle of coke from the vintage pop machine just steps away after a long day of hiking in the desert heat for years to come! Thank you, Richard and Alison! We hope to return to your eclectic sanctuary again one day on our travels to your spectacular part of the world.

Ann’s Casita was perfect for me and my husband for 7 nights. I wasn’t familiar with the area prior to our stay, but it turned out to be a place we would come back to. The Casita was extremely clean and had everything we needed (plus more). It’s also a walkable distance to a grocery and several great places to eat. We loved the mountain across the street with miles of trails. Wr are already talking about when to go back! Thank you, Ann, for having the perfect place!

Stayed here for a few days while in town for a wedding and it was great! Easy ride to downtown and to other day trips outside of Phoenix. Super cute place and very clean! Would come back here again the next time I’m in town!

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

Lovely little Airbnb, literally everything you need and I do mean everything. You can see the attention to detail and thought which has gone into this IKEA inspired home. It’s very apparent that Sarah is extremely conscious of making the experience as perfect as possible. Great communication and so friendly 😊

My husband and I spent two nights here at the end of our vacation. It’s a cute place with a great layout. The kitchen has a big fridge, gas stove, a Mr Coffee, simple pans, utensils and dishes. The bed was comfortable and the towels and bedding were nice. We appreciated having a nice washer and dryer: we did our laundry before going home! Oh, and a big reason I booked it: it’s super convenient to the airport. We did have one issue with check in: sometimes things happen, and we were told the cleaners had car trouble and were going to be late. Big kudos to Fernando: when I explained to him that we were exhausted from our travels, he handled it himself and we were able to check in on time. Wow. Thanks, Fernando! *****

Cindy and Bruce's place is secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We love nature and there's always sweet sounding birds and cute bunnies to enjoy. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. Cindy and Bruce are very accommodating and Bruce gave us a great local restaurant recommendation and awesome back road directions to eliminate all traffic on the 202 and 101 hwys to Tortilla Flat. We had a great stay with no issues. The place was is excellent condition and was well stocked for a long term stay. Not a ton to do or walk to nearby but the neighborhood was safe and quiet. As a note - there is not direct access to the fenced in back yard from the house, which was a little inconvenient for letting our dog out, but overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again!

Perfect little place to stay for someone looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay while in the Phoenix area. It had everything we needed for our stay. Parking is convenient and right at your door. The wi-fi was strong for my husband’s work that he needed to do remotely that week as well. Communication with Yeney was excellent.

This was the first stay at an Airbnb for my husband and I and I have to say how impressed I was! Miles, our host, was great! Our stay was perfect in our adorable one bedroom guesthouse! Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. All the extra touches were very thoughtful and onsite parking was very much appreciated. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix.

Short 17 min walk to downtown. That being said it’s too hot to walk depending on time of day and season ! But Lyfts were 5-6 dollars to downtown/convention center. I am glad I did this over a hotel! As soon as I walked in I could tell this place was well kept and cared for. All appliances are modern and the house was so clean !Laundry system available inside ( bring your own laundry pods). I had everything I needed to be comfortable for a week and literally across the street from one of the best and most economical restaurants in Phoenix (Gallo Blanco). Parking is so easy in the area. The neighborhood is very gentrified. So I will warn you as I was entering the neighborhood in my Lyft I got worried as there are buildings in the area that are boarded up but then there are cute craftsmen homes that had been renovated. Only con was communication was slow; (I contacted the host around 6-8pm ) I would not get a response until the next day but the host did apologize for the delay.

Donna’s place was exactly as described and the perfect spot to stay. The bedding and couch were super comfortable, and it was a nice touch being able to swivel the TV to watch from bed. The location was also ideal—just 10–15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go in town. Donna also gave great recommendations on food spots and things to do, which made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in Phoenix.
