The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodating Yvonne was! Great communication and amazing flat. Everything was spotlessly clean and so warm and comfortable, we felt right at home! Will definitely be returning to stay with these hosts! Thankyou so much ❤️

Carla was an exceptional host, and the stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – check-in was smooth, and the place was spotless and well-equipped. The little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, and Carla was always available for any questions, providing great recommendations. Stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, lovely place that had everything I needed. It's in a great location so close to the city. Loved that I could park right outside the property. I would happily stay here again.

Apartment was as shown on the website. Very clean and tidy Towels and bed linen were spotless. Being mid February when we stayed we needed the central heating on and it proved adequate John was in touch regularly to see if we had any problems Sybil, our dog loved the outside space and the walks in the nearby Roker Park and onto the beach. A very enjoyable stay

Great spot for a short stay. Everything you need is at hand. Great having 2 bathrooms and parking, great size for a family of 4. Lovely and warm.

We stayed at Gary's place whilst visiting home and family, perfect location for us. everything was very well organised and labelled, perfect being dog friendly and having everything at hand. would definitely book again.

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation- Sean was very helpful, with great communications. Ideal place to stay for work, visiting the area or for a longer stay.

I grew up in that area so it was convenient for family but it's also easy access via bus into the centre of town. right near some nice take aways. Nice spacious property to allow room for myself and my wife and also a separate room for our toddler. Kitchen was spacious. Nice feel to the property. We'd been staying in rented apartments on previous stays to Newcastle. This has for sure taken its place as the priority place to stay in the future.

Wonderfully comfortable and cozy townhouse. It was exactly as described. Free parking in the back and the host provided free parking passes for on street parking in the front, enough for our entire stay. I would book again without hesitation.

Another great stay, easy check in and brilliant communication before we arrived. Spotlessly clean, and everything we needed on arrival including milk in the fridge! This was our second stay at this property, perfect for visiting our son at Durham uni.

Second stay at Neil’s place.. Everything thing you need is there, the place is absolutely spotless. We even had Xmas decorations😀 Great place to visit Newcastle and Durham etc.. very homely, can’t recommend it enough. Great place great Hosts

We had a lovely stay. The flat was just as described. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk easily into Jesmond and also into Newcastle. Thank you for having us.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

We booked after reading other reviews and we weren't disappointed. Immaculately clean and such a gorgeous place to stay. Perfectly placed to walk into the city, 15 minute walk, but tucked away in a lovely quiet location. Would definitely recommend 👌

Beautiful apartment. Lesley-Ann was very helpful, much appreciated sorting out a highchair for us at short notice despite not being on the initial listing. Exceptionally quiet considering its location under the bridge, walkable for great restaurants etc. We didn’t find the steps to be much of an issue at all despite having lots to carry. Easy to unload bags from the car on the road, then Quayside multi-storey was very convenient and cheap. Loved our stay! To note for other parents: The travel cot provided was basic, with a thin and quite hard foldable mattress that doesn’t stretch to the sides of the cot, and doesn’t attach to the sides of the cot. The sheet on the mattress didn’t fit, so spare material creasing up. It did the job for our toddler but if he had been a baby I’m not sure I would’ve been happy with it.

Karen is an exceptional host who went the extra mile, even collecting us from the train station. The location is ideal if you want to be close to the city centre but away from the hustle and bustle. Karen's place had everything we needed and one of the best stocked kitchens you might find! Can definitely recommend.

My parents are just home from a three night stay at Cat’s place. They know the area very well and were delighted to be in such a fantastic location. The flat itself is beautiful and so spacious with plenty of space and everything you could need to feel right at home. Cat was so helpful and responded immediately to our messages.
