The Bubby house was a lovely environment! Clay was great at ensuring our stay was comfortable throughout our visit. The house itself is warm and inviting. The character of the Airbnb is a unique reflection of the area, staying authentic to the apparent history of the area while still showcasing the host's tastes and design interests. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the house more. The sun porch is lovely, the street is calm and quiet, and during the fall, seeing the trees from the comfort of the inside was beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area and lots of activities to do in the house if that is an option for you! We had a great stay; thanks for everything!

Amazing stay, completely worth everything you pay. The place feels spacious and cozy with everything you need. The bedroom has an ENORMOUS bed which could easily fit three people on it with room to spare. The living room has a very big 4K TV for the evenings after a long day out in the nearby town or Boston. The Shower and laundry room are easy to use and very convenient. In the morning when you wake and come to the kitchen there will often be loads of birds all outside the window in the garden to see (my other half is a very big bird fan and was very happy to see them) finally the door with its key code to enter is amazing for not having to worry about losing a key while outside and has a warming symbol of Christ as you leave. Absolutely amazing, the only downside is getting to Gloucester is much easier to do with a car but is entirely possible to do so without one. 10/10 I will definitely come again!

Kind host and left us eggs from her chickens in the refrigerator. Quick to respond when we needed anything.

Stayed there for 1 week with family. Lots of space. Spacious and better than posted pics. Overall very good for the price I paid. Close to Lowell down town with lots to do. 40 minutes away from Cambridge/Harvard.

This apartment was wonderful for an extended stay in Somerville. Stella is a great host. I also enjoyed the wonderful patio with great views!! Pleasant surprise for those outdoor days. So spacious and private. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay…would love to stay again

This cozy space in a beautiful coastal neighborhood was perfect for a 1-night stay for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. We found everything we needed.

This airbnb has 7 beds. None are bigger than a double but for our family of four we just each took a bed. The airbnb is on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to walk stairs which was fine for us. The location has great access to downtown.

Gretchen’s house is a charming, two-story one on a very nice and quiet little street. The furnishings are pretty and tasteful, and there is comfortable living room furniture, as well an excellent beds and pillows. Our favorite thing was its location, within very easy walking distance from a gorgeous park and beach. Downtown was also reachable via a short walk. We did some of our own cooking and found everything we needed. Gretchen was an especially nice and responsive hostess. If we were lucky enough to get to Rockport again, I would want to stay there.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Thank you so much Karen for inviting us into your home. This was truly a 12/10 experience. 😃😃

Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Todd is a phenomenal host. You can tell he takes great pride in making sure people have a positive stay and feel well taken care of. He’s responsive, has designed the house for convenience (and as new parents, we extra appreciated the baby-related amenities), and has pitch perfect recommendations in his guidebook (the crullers at Lil’s Cafe really are that good and Dante’s Pizza was awesome!). The house itself is beautiful and so nicely decorated with a great view. Highly recommend a stay here!

David is extremely friendly and an excellent communicator! The place is very clean and cozy, with great amenities and beautiful farm views. Thank you, David, for sharing the beautiful Carriage House with our University of Michigan judo team and for making us feel part of your family.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

It is a large house, enough for 10 people, as it has 5 queen beds in 3 bed rooms. Despite it is an old house, it is well kept. Although some of the doors cannot fully close because the door latch cannot fit into the catch. Eg. Bathroom door, wardrobe door. One area which owner need to watch out is the oven cleaning. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived. There were food burnt stains from previous users. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful which we like.

Mary's apartment was clean and cozy, and full of whimsical knick-knacks. I enjoyed leafing through the cookbooks and stretching/yoga on the living room floor. The home is a 10-minute walk from the an excellent Mediterranean restaurant and the green line, and only 20 minutes to downtown Boston by train. When I had a question, Mary was there to answer. Will be back!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

It’s in a great location & the place has an antique feel with modern amenities, which is perfect. There’s a target close by and a price rite across the street so very accessible.

Amazing stay ! My bf and I enjoyed the views of the sunrise and sunset!
