The cottage had a very cosy feel to it and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was very convenient as it was close enough to the city centre without being stuck in traffic and easily accessible to the motorway. We found the seller to be very helpful with any information we asked and the instructions to check in and out of the property were very clear. Overall we would definetly stay again as the property was very clean and modern and had everything we required.

There were 10 family members here for the week and we got along famously. There are plenty of places to allow all of us to gravitate to our own space if we wanted to but also great areas to congregate for meals and games/drinks together. The hot tub was particularly welcome and the sauna a great addition. The house is in an area with lots of places to visit inc Bath. We were able to do a few long walks around the area as well. The children loved feeding the chickens and sheep and coming back with fresh eggs was a highlight! We would probably re visit if the family were to once again decide on us all getting together for another holiday. Oh, the cinema room was also a great hit with everyone!

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Coombe Barn. The Barn itself was spotlessly clean with high end furniture and appliances. The barn has plenty of room for all the family and furry friends too. The kitchen had all equipment necessary for cooking and cleaning, with special touches (coffee machines) and Yeo Valley products which were also included, which were all delicious. The cinema room was great to settle down and put on some family favourites. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone and we will be returning next year! The Jackson’s x

What an amazing house and perfect for a family get together. A great location with lots to do locally. Gemma went out of her way to make everything perfect and the extra touches were very much appreciated.

Mark's place is fantastic! It's great for a break in Bristol, close to restaurants and shops, but lovely to return to in the evening to relax in front of the huge screen!

Duncan was a great host. Very welcoming, and gave some great recommendations. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore. The area itself was lovely and added to the overall great experience. Would definitely recommend!
