A lovely place, very comfortable with quality bedlinen. Penny left a splendid variety of snacks, homemade bread and breakfast goodies, which really made us feel at home. Considering its handy proximity to Whiteladies Road, with great restaurants, bars and quality shopping, the apartment was incredibly quiet. Outside parking is really helpful, as its difficult to find free parking otherwise. We found the walk to Clifton village an easy 20 minute stroll

We stayed two nights at Sue’s place for a long weekend in Bristol. We felt at home and the apartment felt larger than how it seemed online. Sue was responsive to all my questions and concerns during the pre-arrival time and gave clear instructions. I would definitely stay again. Please note that the stairs down to the apartment are narrow and steep.

What a place, what a location, what a city! We were 8 middle aged men on our annual university rugby club reunion attempting to re-live memories of a time gone by! A large spacious top floor flat with an open kitchen/lounge downstairs, 3 bedrooms (4 large beds) upstairs, and amazing views - the place was perfect for us. The location was right near a number of pubs and bars with the rest of the city just a short walk away so no need for taxis to get around. Darts, boat trips, live rugby, great food (the Hat Greek Bistro was fantastic), and a little bit! of drinking kept us busy. I used the one gated parking space with everyone else coming by train. If driving be careful of bus/taxi lanes and one way streets! Bristol has so much to offer with such a great friendly feeling, we all had a great time and said a return trip would be a brilliant idea. Charlotte was the ultimate host and made the whole process and stay really easy - thank you. I would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Great location close to Whiteladies Road and Clifton Down. Tom and Caroline were fast with comms and super helpful. Will definitely book again.

What a wonderful Airbnb - beautiful garden flat, gorgeous location near the Downs with the area being peaceful, quiet and really pretty. A real treat. The underfloor heating was much appreciated, the flat is really cosy. Well equipped kitchen and lots of choice on the TV. The parking space was great to have too. We would definitely stay again.

Great central location for this stylish appartment. Lovely and warm and a very comfy bed. We were very happy with our stay and will come again I'm sure.

Callum and Georgie are fantastic hosts - the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing 😊 They are super helpful, generous, considerate and friendly and also go out of their way to make you feel welcome! They respond quickly to queries and genuinely want to make sure that you do not have any issues while staying in their lovely home. There were some unexpected noise issues during the stay and despite it not being their fault at all, Callum & Georgie kindly offered to give back some refund as an apology for the inconvenience. I didn’t press for it as it wasn’t something that was within their control, but I was nonetheless touched by their concern for my wellbeing. I cannot recommend their home highly enough, and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home with equally fantastic hosts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I’m ever in Bristol again. Thank you so much Callum & Georgie! xx

Mark and Sarah are really super hosts! Their lovely flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, spacious, perfectly located for our visit and fantastic value for money. We stayed here as we were working in the area and it was the perfect base. The accommodation was clean and matched the description. It was well equipped with lots of personal touches including breakfast which was lovely. The location was ideal and we would definitely stay here again!

Sue was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay in Portishead, it was like home from home. The house was easy to find and straightforward instructions on how to gain access inside. The house was clean and tidy with a welcome drink waiting for us in the kitchen. The views from the lounge are fantastic and it was also so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed visiting friends and family but also enjoyed a lovely walk to the marina where we found a great dog friendly coffee shop. Waitrose is only a 5 minute drive and this came in very handy during our stay! Thank you for a great stay Sue!

This is a really beautiful house and it was a memorable location for our family to stay for our son's wedding. Lots of colour, comfy sofas, plenty of pictures, plants and almost everything we needed in the kitchen. We were a bit worried about parking but the residents' section on the road is free from Friday evening until 9am on Monday and we managed well. The main living room was a little chilly - (advise asking for heating instructions before arrival). We couldn't get the gas heater to work but this is being checked by management company. Not too bad though and there are plenty of blankets. Staying here helped to make the weekend even more special, and we're taking away happy memories.

This is a great home in a very convenient location. Its absolutely pristine. There are 2 double bedrooms (standard size double beds, not king size) and a small single. Very comfortable sitting rooms, 2 tvs, every mod con. Only thing to consider is there are quite a lot of personal items which are easy to knock into and not ideal if you have small children.

It’s a lovely place in a great part of town. Worth a stay if you’re looking to stay somewhere in Bristol where there’s things to do/see as soon as you walk about the door.

We had a fantastic stay! What a great location to walk and enjoy all the lovely eateries in Clifton. The house was beautifully presented and lovely touches with fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz in the fridge for us. Would highly recommend to book this place. We had a wonderful stay here. The Coach House has everything you need and is charming. Mike and Ginny were so helpful and responsive, quick to communicate and Ginny gave us some helpful suggestions on local places to eat. The coach house is tucked away and is very peaceful. It was a chilly weekend so we couldn’t make use of the outdoor table and chairs but it is a lovely spot to sit out if the weather allows. The views across to the Bristol Channel are amazing - beautiful sunsets and the added interest of the boats sailing past. Portishead marina is well worth the walk and there are some good cafes in the town. A real bonus is the ease of the journey to Bristol - 20 minutes easy drive and you are in Clifton. Beautiful and historic place to stay. Stayed for work with my dogs and the host was extremely welcoming and very accommodating for dogs. Would love to stay again if in the area.

George is a first class, friendly and thoughtful host who was quick to respond to our messages. Her accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. We had an excellent three night stay visiting family and hope to return soon.

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

We stayed at this charming little Airbnb and instantly felt at ease. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and a guide to local spots. The bed? So comfy I considered missing my morning plans. Location was perfect—close enough to explore the town but quiet enough to recharge. Oh, and the host? Super responsive and warm. Highly recommend this gem!

Abi's beautiful home is the perfect place to spend some time in Bristol - it feels so homely with everything needed from a comfort and practical point of view. We loved the area - it was easy enough to walk to excellent restaurants, bars, shops, and things to do. Public transport options and Uber made it easy enough to explore further afield too. 100% recommended :)

I just wanted to share how great my experience was staying at Stuart’s apartment. From the start, Stuart was super friendly and showed me around the entire place, making sure I was comfortable.The apartment itself was fantastic very cozy and well-equipped. It’s in an amazing location right next to the Harbor in Bristol, which made it super easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bristol!

Such a lovely home to come back to in between our various meet ups with friends in Clifton and visiting old haunts in Bristol. The flat is beautifully kept with great facilities. Fresh freesias were a lovely touch. Communication with host very easy. We easily arranged and paid for street parking with a permit through the host. The beds were comfortable - I thought the step-up-to-bed was charming.

I’m originally from Bristol but moved to Essex about 15 years ago. When we return to visit friends and family we always get an Airbnb. This is up there with the best one we’ve stayed in in Bristol, for many reasons. Fantastic host, a home from home environment, everything you need, lovely decor, really clean… just fab all round.
