Gorgeous location, very private, responsive and delightful host, heaps of amenities, beautiful house and garden.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location. The park behind the house gave a feeling of spaciousness extending the property. Having a bird aviary was delightful as they had a wide selection of small birds on the ground and flying. Having a coffee while enjoying the birds and their busy day of feeding, drinking etc.. Children would enjoy watching the birds. With a large entertainment area - bbq, large tables for sitting at and a table tennis table for the athletic people who are up for a challenge. The house inside has lots of space to enjoy quiet times and a fabulous kitchen with lots of tools to play with. We would return if given the opportunity

what a beautiful house! We had a group of 10 people. Everyone had plenty of private space and fabulous communal space for cooking, dining and playing. After busy mornings on the water it was a wonderful place to come home and relax in with our friends. Thank you

Vicki was very understanding & flexible with our checkin & checkout. Location is easy to move around (airport/ mall/ theme parks/city), all within 30min. Easy parking. Any requests we needed was immediately met (pool, kitchen equipments). Provided sufficient bodywash, handwash, toilet papers, towels, detergent, cleaning equipments for all of us. TV apps were sufficient to entertain 7-65 year old! House was spacious for our 3 generation-family member trip (12 pax). We will definitely stay with Vicki again should we return to Brisbane! Will recommend to others!

Great stay! We loved how cozy the shack is and how everything was provided for our stay. My 3 years old was amazed by all the toys and a roo on the backyard. We’d stay again! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time for a 30th birthday weekend. Proximity to Brown Lake and the ferry were important for us. The view is even better than the photos and Kate is an excellent and friendly host. We will definitely be back!

We had the best experience at this beautiful homely house . We took both our sets of parents and relished in the sun , relaxing on the massive deck and feeling right at home ! We will definitely be back !

Great stay! Really homey feel & a great space. Walkable distance from everything you need and really accessible. Pool and outdoor area are great.

Everything, including check-in details, amenities etc was explained very well by Alex. Was a lovely place to stay and worked out perfectly well for our plans whilst staying.

Staying here was so convenient! It was a short walk away from the main fortitude valley train station, clubs bars and restaurants, and quick walk to RNA Showgrounds where we were attending a music festivals. The host was always responsive and helpful! There are 2 towers and we accidentally entered the wrong one from the carpark but once we figured it out it was easy! Parking was safe secure and easy to find (: kitchen was spacious and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend for 2 people but saw there was an air mattress available if there are 3. Would stay here again!

The living and sleeping quarters, the ‘cosy nook’ was perfect, as was the lush backyard which I found amazing for pulling out my laptop and working on one of the tables amongst the greenery. The host couldn’t have been friendlier and kinder. She even helped me out, connecting me with people who assisted with my writing assignment, which was the reason this Melbournian was up North in the first place! I will absolutely seek out the cozy nook when I’m back this way.

Kaori is an absolute GEM!!! I would definitely stay again. The front yard is a work in progress and she warned me in advance lol, I didn't care about any of that. Projects are a real thing and I completely understand. The backyard is private and adorable. The kitchen is a super fun space to cook in, and she gave me a lift to the grocery store. She has a fire pit in the backyard, and lots of stuff to burn. I really enjoyed that. On my last day they gave me a lift to the train station. Couldn't really ask for anything else. Above and beyond. Felt more like staying with family really.

Harold and Nicolette were superb hosts. Their communication was excellent and made booking and checkin a breeze. The unit was comfortable and clean with everything exactly as advertised. Our favourite part was the little coffee table in the gardens near the pool - it felt like we were on a tropical island. The floor to ceiling security doors allowed us to open up to the sea breeze. The aircon was appreciated on the night there was no breeze. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for longer next time.

Mel’s place is very peaceful, I slept so well there! The bath is amazing and it’s such an inviting and peaceful place. Mel and Ash were super lovely. Chocolates in the fridge went down a treat! It was lovely to meet the dogs and horses, felt like a home away from home. Felt very safe for a lone female traveller for work. Thank you!

Off grid and low key. Nothing flash just a open plan cabin with adjoining small bedrooms in a sort of shed. Outdoor cold bath and showers with a single partly enclosed hot shower and toilet. Perfect for us with a few teenagers and toddlers.

Such a lovely weekend stay at Nan’s. Would definitely go again.

Cameron's place was very suitable to our needs. Our 2 grandchildren stayed with us and had a great time in the pool and the playground. The aircon was a welcome addition as well as the fans in the bedrooms.
