Loved the historic feel. Easy walking to restaurants, brewery, and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!! We loved Megan’s place! We stayed for 4 nights with our dog and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach! I also thought her place was much bigger in person than the pictures portrayed. We will definitely be sure to book Megan’s place again when we make our way back to Wilmington!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

The condo was great! Clean and beautiful! We loved the pools and being right on the beach. A great vacation spot!

I am not a fan of old houses in general, but I gotta say this was an awesome place. Antique-ish with modern touches (loved all the charging supports). Everything was thoughtful and super clean. My partner LOVED it. We even cooked dinner one night just to stay in and enjoy it. Will come back again and next time use the screened in porch.

We had a great stay at the Crabby Paddy. Check in was easy and the space was very cozy and comfortable. The view of the ocean was perfect. Lisette was very good to work with as well.

The home was exactly as pictured, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. From the cozy blankets in the living room for each guest to the neatly laid-out towels and cloths, it was clear the space had been prepared with care. The home's clean, modern design created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation, whether working remotely or letting my little one play in the spacious backyard. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and the well-equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing a large family meal. This trip was a return to my hometown, so I didn’t explore much outside, but I found everything I needed for a comfortable, cozy stay. The home offers both a peaceful retreat and a central location for anyone looking to enjoy local activities.

Christi’s place is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The fur-friendly amenities are thoughtful. The unit is just as shown in the photos. Christi was very responsive. It was cold and rainy during most of our visit but on our last full day, the sky was clear and we enjoyed relaxing on the backyard patio. We did have a small snafu with watching the Super bowl. We could not add the Fubo service for which we have a subscription; it seems that Guest Mode was not enabled. Christi was responsive and tried to help and we admit the problem could have been due to our ineptness.

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

A true home away from home. Trever's place is possibly the most comfortable and home-like unit I've stayed in. From the moment we walked in, there was a feeling of comfort, security, & peace. Everything was clean & smelled great. The massive sofa is extremely comfortable. The bedrooms are decorated nicely and orderly, and the mattresses are amazing! The home provided almost every item I could NEED away from home, even scissors, tape, and board games. There are plenty of pillows, throws, and clean linens available, which was very helpful during our 2 week stay. Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. The ONLY thing i needed from home was a metal baking sheet. There is also a clean privacy patio perfect for relaxing and reading. Trever communicated quickly & kindly and we truly enjoyed our stay. Already booked another! *ONE thing to know: If you have 2 vehicles, people often took the 2nd numbered parking space, but it didnt affect our stay.

We had a great stay! Close to the UNCW campus and a quick drive to the beach.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. The location is amazing. We walked everywhere. The property itself was comfortable, clean and very modern. The bathrooms were updated, beds and linens were very comfortable, and the layout was great. I highly recommend this property

I had an amazing stay at this oceanfront apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the location—you step right out of the apartment onto the beach. This was my third time staying here, and I keep coming back because it's just perfect. The host was very responsive and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfectly located condo to all things downtown Wilmington. Beautiful views. Cute decor. Walkable to everything. Felt Safe. Parked in a lot at the corner of Orange and Water Street and didn't move all weekend ($25/day) more expensive than the garage but closer for unloading. Condo only has a couple of rooms but plenty of room for 2 (or 3) to move about. Had a couple of questions for Morgan and she responded immediately with helpful information. We enjoyed her helpful welcome website via QR code. Take a river cruise, jump on a boat from the riverwalk. Enjoy Elijah Oyster Fish House an afternoon at Anne Boney's or Rooster and Crow and a higher end night out a River 128. Breakfast at Dixie Grille. Very relaxing, quiet spot to boat, nature and people watch from the balcony. We were there over St. Pats and it was close enough to get in the middle of the fun yet far enough away to step away to quiet.

Came up for a short anniversary trip. We only stayed for a night but had a wonderful time.the condo was clean and well maintained. It is walking distance from everything and has a great view overlooking the battleship. Warren was able to answer and questions we had and gave us a few recommendations of what to do while we were there.

This place is amazing, I will recommend to everyone planning a trip to Wilmington. SO easy to walk to MANY great restaurants and bars. The sunsets were phenomenal with the water and battleship across the way, and it was great to be able to watch them from the balcony. The area felt very safe and was quiet.

Stayed with friends from Ohio for the night ! It was the perfect location, walkable to everything! Clean , comfy & beautifully decorated! The earplugs were helpful too! Definitely would stay again!

Location is ideal as it faces right up against the ocean. Space is small and quaint with a comfy couch and king bed! All the amenities you need to hit the beach! Recommend this place and the tiki bar across the street for drinks and music along with volleyball and bags. As a former local to the area, you’ll feel welcome by all.
