Great location and Sharon is very responsive. The space is also very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience.

The perfect place to stay during our trip to Hyannis! The cottage was so lovely, felt right at home with everything we could’ve needed during our stay. The little village was so quiet and relaxing with everything that downtown has to offer just minutes away. The hosts were very thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. We would love to come back for another visit and stay here again!

Gerard’s place is in a great location just one block from all the action on Commercial Street! We loved our stay there!

Private and serene is spot on! Adam and Ben are incredible hosts, very responsive to questions/needs, and their rental has everything you need. The rental itself is very cute and spacious, and was very clean upon arrival. We had the best week closing out summer vacation with our kids and pups. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect PTown winter getaway with an ocean view, incredible sunrises, and convenient reserved parking and location! Quick walk downtown and plenty to do and see in the East End — a well-situated spot! The space is warm, well stocked, and even equipped for cooking! Terry is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about PTown — the ideal host for a great stay in town!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Thaddia’s place was probably the most nicely appointed place we have stayed. Everything you could need was there in very tastefully decorated surroundings. The apartment might not be ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the two flights of stairs were not problematic for us (healthy 62 and 70 year olds). Parking was easy and next to the stairs going up to the apartment. There was a wonderful peaceful covered landing on the second floor. Thaddia was a wonderful host, with vey clear directions including pictures. She turned on the outside lights on our first evening when we came back after dark after dinner in nearby Provincetown.

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Lucky was an awesome host! She was quick to respond with any questions and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This space has a great location! It's close enough to walk to town and a short drive to the beach . The studio was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and has all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We will be renting this space again soon ! Thank you, Lucky !

We came out for a few days exploring the Cape Cod area, our stay was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to the beach. We had a lot of great recommendations from Arthur of where to eat, markets nearby, and things to do. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great! Meaghan was very nice and helpful! The place was impeccable well equipped with all the necessary items! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. It was very clean, looked just like the photos, and was in a convenient location close to Marconi Beach, restaurants, and bakeries. Next time we would bring our bikes because the rail trail is so close, right at the end of the road. Celeste is a kind, friendly, helpful, and gracious host.

They were always there to answer promptly if we had questions or concerns. They also were flexible to address any issues that arose. Nice and quiet. There was an odd smell in the room, but after being in there a while, we didn’t really notice it anymore. Would stay there again.

This is a great place! Matt was quickly available to handle any questions and concerns. The unit was modern and attractive, with kitchenette and bathroom like new. Everything was clean and fresh, with attention to detail and clear instructions provided. Check-in was very easy. Many special amenities are offered, like a sound machine and LED lights under the bed! It's located in a quiet area and is very private, but is also not far from shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Our stay at “The Perch” was everything we could have hoped for and more. The space was the perfect size for me, my girlfriend, and our small puppy. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to bring their dog to the cape as it has a large backyard, beaches and shops within walking distance, and Jim and Vanessa even provide dog bowls, treats, and poop bags. The bathroom was clean and we were provided with plenty of towels both for bathing and for the beach. No complaints with the kitchen either and there is a good sized fridge and freezer here as well. Jim and Vanessa were wonderful hosts and were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

This was our 3rd year returning to Kensington Gardens and our 2nd time being hosted by George. This was our best experience due to the updated unit and consistency of the community. Amazing location and amenities :)

Randall’s amazing home feels more like a house than a condo. The living room has vaulted ceilings, there is a large dining room and bedrooms are on opposite ends which is great for privacy. It feels bigger than the pictures. It’s in a gorgeous part of town and is basically less than half a block off commercial and an easy walk to the boat slip for tea. The furnishings are perfect, the view from the top floor overlooking the pool is awesome and the water pressure is spot on. Also, a great price and value. This one is easy to recommend :)

This place was so cute and cozy. Such a great and quiet location. Just a very comfortable place close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay

Jenny and Ania were wonderful hosts. We appreciated the proactive communication and check ins making sure all was well. They were very sweet and thoughtful, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. The place was spotless. My husband and I had a short stay but it was such a nice getaway in a beautiful location of the Cape. Even though it was chilly, the view from the balcony was probably my favorite. I am looking forward to staying with Jenny and Ania again and/or checking out their additional listings. Great hosts make these getaways such worthwhile. We thank you Jenny and Ania. Superhosts in my book! 😊

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!

Really cute and nice place! Would have been nice to know that one of the beds was a child bed since we had to have a guest sleep on the couch but otherwise, really quaint place for a getaway in a beautiful area!
