Good location, italian restaurant underneath very handy. Plenty of room, two toilets, TV in every room.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodating Yvonne was! Great communication and amazing flat. Everything was spotlessly clean and so warm and comfortable, we felt right at home! Will definitely be returning to stay with these hosts! Thankyou so much ❤️

Perfect place for our employees to stay while working in the local area

Beautifully presented apartment within easy walking distance of the train station and Durham city centre. Fully equipped kitchen with good quality appliances, comfy bed with quality bedlinen, and very responsive and helpful hosts. I would stay again if visiting Durham and am happy to recommend.

Very good flat and massive value for money compared to others close by. Ian was really good at messaging back quickly and was very helpful. The flat is nice, homely and welcoming. Very easy to get in all out of the city with buses just a 2 minute walk away. I would recommend staying and if I am back in Newcastle we’ll try to stay again. Thank you Ian.

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Myra is an outstanding host. She was very helpful and quite accommodating. Quick responses and would answer any questions we had before and during the stay. The place was very clean and had everything one would need for a short or long term visit. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Newcastle.

The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. Lovely house, beautiful hot tub and gardens! Lovely welcome basket, clear instructions given and the host answered our phone call straight away when we were a bit confused as to which door to enter the property🤣. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
