A really really lovely apartment, spotlessly clean but also felt comfortably at home here. Love the attention to detail of local connections in the information and the artworks. The instructions were clear, the bed was so comfortable. I was visiting family, so if need be you could easily work remotely in this space which I might do in future! Hosts left lots of information for guests. Short walk to the harbour which has become so popular these days and also worth a walk up to noses point, an area of outstanding beauty . The double bed mattress, pillows and duvet were very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Also the tassimo machine for coffee and hot chocolate was great and Deb left milk in fridge for us too, thank you. Will definitely be using again if it’s available when we revisit - highly recommend. Oh and parking in the cul de sac outside is nice and easy. I’m particularly grateful as I was looking last minute and Deb was as very quick to help. Gem of a place :)

James and Mark were perfect hosts, always responsive to questions but not intrusive during our stay. The place is immaculate, very clean and comfortable and amazingly quiet for an apartment, the whole area is. Private parking which is a godsend as the visitor spaces are always taken and easy to check in, if staying in the area again I wouldn't stay anywhere else if it was available

Always lovely to stay at The Old Library! Debbie is a lovely, helpful host. The super duvet and blankets were also appreciated in this cold weather!

Great location, a short walk into the city centre. Well served for food delivery if wanted and local supermarket. Facilities as described, everything we needed. Thanks

Very Central and easy to get around from. Great host and flat has everything we could need inc comfy beds.. There was some nighttime noise from club across the road but we expected that given the location. The Greek Restaurant opposite was excellent

We had a lovely stay at the Seaglass apartment. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and just across the road from Seaham's beautiful beaches. Paul was really friendly and responsive to any questions.

Great dog friendly apartment in the centre of Durham. On a busy road but apartment is at the back of the building so is really quiet. Lovely big garden. No parking immediately outside but found metered space quite easily 5 minutes away. Well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend

Lovely upper two floor flat opposite park. Huge living room with views over the park and sea beyond. Lots of space and had everything we needed. Plenty to do around and 15 minute walk to metro to get into Newcastle.

We had a really lovely time and River Neuk. The location is perfect - tucked down a little pedestrian street but with super easy access to the town, and the river. Rothbury is a truly lovely place with everything you need - so many great local amenities, as well as walks out of the door, and easy driving distance to other great Northumbrian attractions. The house is very sweet, cosy, and comfortable, with everything we could need, and lots of really helpful information from the hosts covering the house itself and the local area. Would definitely come back again.

Fantastic homely property. Ideal for South Shields and access to fantastic beach. Host was 5 star and property was spotless clean. Make sure you follow the eating out recommendations, we loved them..

Brilliant place to stay. Perfect location and exactly what was needed for 8 of us when having a weekend in Newcastle. Highly recommend.

I really want to say GREAT thanks to Jared , he was an absolute Great host and the flat was perfectly fine. Amazing, calm neighborhood, safe place to stay, peaceful and very warm apartment, really good , I have no any doubt to stay there one more time when I can. Jared is great and nice man and I recommend him to everyone who is going to visit Newcastle !

The space was incredibly clean, warm, and comfortable. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a beautiful sea view. The beds were especially comfortable, and we all had a great night's sleep each night. I would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very welcoming and proactive and we had no issues during our stay.

Second stay at Neil’s place.. Everything thing you need is there, the place is absolutely spotless. We even had Xmas decorations😀 Great place to visit Newcastle and Durham etc.. very homely, can’t recommend it enough. Great place great Hosts

Yet another fantastic stay! The flat is well-maintained and has a welcoming ambience. Its tranquil setting and convenient location make it a top choice for a comfortable visit.

I visited Newcastle and surroundings, travelling by myself from mainland Europe. The apartment is clean and spacious and I loved that it's minimal yet cosy and light. If you're a bit more sensitive: the bedroom is situated on the side of a busier road. If you keep the bedroom window closed, there's no noise. I opened the window at night and used ear plugs - worked fine. At 5 minutes walking distance from metro and small shops. A 20 minute walk to a wonderful beach. Tomara was very friendly ad prompt in her communication and thinks along if you have a question. Recommend staying there!

I quickly felt at home in the property, partially because Jen was so responsive and partially because the home was equipped with many bits and bobs you may need but always forget to pack. It was clear throughout the property that Jen had considered your every need. It also smelt really nice and was very warm and comfortable! Thank you very much Jen! :)

To start of, Jessica’s place is absolutely beautiful, I loved it. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Very clean and veryy cozy. I would definitely stay here again.
