Great place but small. Not an issue - it's posted as space for one person but just be aware. Delightful. Sitting area, bed, kitchen area, and for me the coup de gras was the outside space - a table with two chairs in the garden area where I spent a few contented hours just reading. All about 1/3 mile from the bosque, another reason I chose this place. Yes, there is only one (kitchen) sink where you will do your daily self-ministrations, but well, that's why it's listed as space for one person. Another reviewer complained about insects? Bugs? the place is ground level in a natural garden. I get that you don't want such visitors in bed, but I had inconsequential issues. Fresh coffee and filters were on-hand, and some welcoming fruit and snacks.

We had the best experience!!! Not only was the house beautiful and spacious did I mention comfortable but they didn’t miss a single detail. Games appliances ect.. Trisha was wonderful we are very grateful.

We were in town to visit family and it was a perfect location. As others have mentioned it is a very peaceful and private casita. Walking trails are adjacent to the property and other sites are a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

Sara’s casita was a lovely home base for my solo Albuquerque getaway. It was the perfect size, very clean, and had lots of character! The casita is very close to many of the attractions and restaurants I planned to visit, often only minutes away. Sara was kind and gave great instructions for check in. Would definitely stay in the casita again during a future trip to Albuquerque!

We had a great stay in this very well located casita, Lacy kept us fully informed and was available to message at all times. All the positive comments others have left are accurate and as we did not have a car but were happy to walk I can say that the location suited us for shopping, eating out in old town and at the Ex Novo brewery on the edge of Downtown . We didn’t get any further into Downtown but it was only a few minutes further. We easily caught the 66 bus to Nob Hill and back and it was free, we also did a 4 mile walk around West Park golf course and along the river trail. Ubers were only minutes to restaurants and a quick cheap ride to the airport. Great vacation spot.

I would go back here anytime. I just loved it. I had one problem (I could not figure out how to work thermostat), and the host came within minutes and was extremely helpful.

Gail was simply amazing! Her hospitality and compassion are amongst the best we've seen. Fantastic communication and prompt response. We definitely would love to stay at Gail's place again.

Great landing spot while in ABQ on business for a few days. Very clean, private, and comfortable. It has the comforts of home (washer & dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, etc) that made this feel more like a home than a hotel. The layout makes very good use of the space, and I look forward to returning.

We were only able to stay 2 nights and the place was perfect. Clean! Great parking spot only a few feet from the door, private entrance, lovely back yard, comfy bed, nice linens, good amenities. Yun was super helpful and we hope to stay there again.

Overall a very comfortable stay in downtown ABQ. Gabe and Paloma were very accommodating of my travel plans and always got back to me within minutes. I was a little confused on where the casita was at first but I got there in the end. Space was clean, bed was comfy, and I couldn't argue with the free beer. The trash cans in the room were just a bit too small, but not unmanageable. The bathroom is also a little cramped; I'm a heftier guy, so anyone bigger than me might struggle more. But those were, for me, minor concerns. The shower had great water pressure and the water heated up nice and quick. Highly recommend on the whole. I'll look to stay here again next time I'm in town!

This place is perfect! It's very clean and has lots of little extras that made my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable! I will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here again on our return trip from AZ to CO! Again, everything was perfect and we felt well rested the morning we left! Will definitely look to spend more time here in the future! Los Lunas village was also very charming and our dinner at the Range Cafe was awesome!

This casita was very comfortable. I couldn't help but notice each detail of the studio was thoughtfully chosen and contributed to the home's flow. I was there 8 days and it had everything that I needed. It's serene, private, and cozy. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay; would highly recommend and certainly stay there again if ever back in ABQ. Essie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in process was clear and easy. Home is shared, but the guest space is completely separate from the rest of the home and feels very private. Great space for families with young kids as there were lots of toys and stuff to play on outside. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of Sandia Peak. 5 stars all around and highly recommend.

This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. The amenities make it feel like a home away from home. Bobby and Rachel were always kind and responsive to our needs. We had to sadly extend our stay due to a death in the family and Bobby and Rachel made the process super easy. They were very sympathetic and supportive. I highly recommend their place and we will definitely stay at their place next time we are in town.

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Albuquerque.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick's guesthouse! Patrick was a very responsive host - he helped us immediately when we had some troubles with the fridge. The guesthouse is very cozy - it was just big enough for me and my boyfriend. I particularly enjoyed the small sunroom in the front of the building - lots of natural sunlight and a cozy armchair.

Had a fantastic stay! Loved the design, washer/dryer, and comfort of everything. Appreciated the ease of self check in and how quiet the neighborhood was. Parking spot also came in handy, and Stephanie and Edward were very responsive when I had questions about the entry. My only very small comment would be regarding the bed which is soft (so if you like more firm beds, just something to take note), but just a personal preference and I still highly recommend staying! They really go above and beyond and it was peaceful and relaxing to stay :)

David's casita is the perfect retreat. The location at the foot of the Sandias is quiet and peaceful and the views are stunning. The casita is tastefully furnished, spacious, and immaculate. The kitchen has everything one could want and was stocked with lovely extras. David was a great host. He was always readily available and very kind. The casita also had tons of information on things to do and a guidebook/map for area hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable, charming. and well-appointed casita.

We had a lot of fun walking around old town Albuquerque. This was the perfect location to walk around and see everything. All of the best restaurants are within walking distance. The place is very nice and well decorated. Everyone in town was very friendly we had a great time!

As a travel nurse I appreciate that the casita affords a wonderful and responsive host, fits my budget, is conveniently located, equipped for long term stays, private parking and it has a hot tub! What more can you ask for.

Perfect for a couple. It was extremely clean with a nice king size bed. The heat and air worked great. Will definitely stay again.
