Ronits place was gorgeous! Ronits was very responsive and both times, check in and check out time, he worked with us. I definitely recommend his place. Everything is close by and the house is so well equipped that you would not need to leave to look somewhere for entertainment. thank you!

First time visiting Albuquerque, great place to stay, the weather had different plans during our stay, but the host was very accommodating, even refunding a portion of the cost due to the unexpected climate conditions. Overall It was as Great! My very hard to please 9 year old gave it a 10 out of 10 stars. Pretty cool, I Highly recommend this location.

This house was beautiful! So clean and very well stocked! The hot tub was nice! We did pay the extra fee for the pool but unfortunately didn’t get to use it, it didn’t warm up to much but could of been because of the weather! We highly recommend staying here! The hosts are very nice and very responsive made us feel right at home! Loved loved loved staying here! Good anniversary weekend 💕

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Fadi's place. The home is beautiful, modern, very spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for cooking, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The pool was clean, and of course, a big hit with the kids (so much so, that we did a lot less sight seeing than we planned, because they didn't want to leave!). Our kids were THRILLED with the kitchen set in the guest room (which they were happy to see was stocked with cooking toys). The backyard is fully walled-in and safe for dogs, and my husband was very happy with the performance of the BBQ grill. There was so much closet and storage space, which we appreciated because we always overpack! We had no issues during our stay, and only one question, which Fadi responded to very promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

We were making a cross country move and stopped here along the way. This was such a cozy little place to stop for the night. It was extremely clean and felt very cozy and inviting. Very peaceful and quiet. Darron was extremely responsive when we needed a few things and made our stay smooth! We left a few things there and he was more than willing to ship the items to us. Overall, I’d definitely recommend his place for your stay!

Terrific stay at Christie and Ron’s place! The house is beautiful and the hosts were amazing - very communicative and responsive and flexible and accommodating (they kindly allowed us to do an early check-in). They asked us if we had preferences and provided craft beer and chocolate which was a terrific gesture. Additionally, Ron was there when we arrived to ensure we were all setup and help us with any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely stunning place to stay, very modern with loads of things to do in and around the house. James was very quick to respond and would try to help in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone would wish to visit Albuquerque!

Dominic and Liz were great! We had to bother them with a couple of things and they were responsive and super helpful. The pool was great, Dominic even bought a new pump so we could fill all of the pool toys available! The kids had a blast! The house is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants and is super cozy and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great couple days away!

First time staying at an Airbnb and it was wonderful! We were passing through on a family vacation and we're able to not only feel comfortable with our big group but also have some local family over for dinner. It was very clean and well stocked for everything you could need. Ryan was very responsive and helpful, would 100% recommend!

the house was wonderful! it was laid out perfectly and had just about everything we needed. the best part was Jesus was extremely responsive and actually brought me some special things just because I asked. they were great hosts if we ever need a house in Albuquerque again we will definitely be staying here

Great place to entertain a couple of kiddos. Neighborhood felt safe, walkable to malls and food and entertainment nearby.

Melanie's space has been one of the best and most comfortable I have ever been in, her instructions are very clear and precise, if possible we would love to stay with Melanie again!

This property had everything we needed for a week stay. It was very comfortable and well stocked with everyday essentials. We were close to many good hiking areas, historical sites, and the Rio Grande.

We enjoyed our week at Katherine's place. The location is very close to Nob Hill and all of its shops and restaurants. We were happy with how quiet the neighborhood is. We had no issues at all and Katherine was very fast with responses to any questions we had and was super freindly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again next time we are in Albuquerque.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chad's place. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the walking paths nearby with views of the mountains, farm animals, and flowering trees. The house was exceptionally well organized and they had truly thought of everything. We also appreciated Chad's prompt support with a forgotten item. Truly above and beyond in terms of the hospitality. Corrales is also a very cute area to stay in, rural feeling but with beautiful shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay again.

Great house, close to lots, and in a safe neighborhood. It’s a perfect place for families, open floor plan with lots of room. The patio is adorable, with beautiful water features, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even left us a welcome basket full of local goodies, and the neighbor across the street brought us over a vase with flowers, both gifts very thoughtful and kind. You will not find anything wrong with this house, it’s perfect, specially for the price. We all enjoyed it!

If you are considering booking this place, DO IT. It was fantastic. Warm cozy feeling place with plenty of room. It is just as described. Also a bonus was the home has reverse osmosis drinking water. If you are particular about your drinking water, this is a great feature. It is centrally located in Albuquerque and close to anywhere you want to be. It’s in walking distance to restaurants museums and Old Town. James and Meagan were very proactive. The dryer bit the dust before we arrived and instead of allowing it to be a disaster for my family they reached out to advise that they were already on it, that was so very appreciated. Their communication was great. We would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again when we return.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Nine adults stayed here for a wedding. Very nice home. Kitchen had add’l spices which isn’t normal for many Airbnb’s. Master bedroom is huge with walk-in bathroom. Bathrooms had plenty of sinks/mirrors and space for getting ready for the wedding. Piano in front room was added bonus for my daughter to play. My only complaint (as others have noted) is the step down from foyer to front room can be a hazard to elderly. We ended up moving chairs to block this off.
