Sukoon truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lush, expansive garden—a rare and refreshing sight in the city. The serene ambiance made it easy to unwind, and we loved strolling through the greenery, soaking in the peace and tranquility. The property was clean and well-maintained, just as described. While the stay was pleasant, a few additional amenities would have made it even better. I’m sure Shabana will consider these suggestions for future guests. Overall, a wonderful retreat for those seeking calm and natural beauty!

Had a great 3-day stay at this place in Hauz Khas Village. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything neatly set up, including the kitchen and washroom. The property itself was beautiful, and the balcony and terrace had a lovely view of Hauz Khas and the lake. A big thanks to Mr. Balbir Singh for being a great host and keeping everything so clean and comfortable. Definitely visiting again and staying at this amazing property!

It felt so homely, clean and super spacious. Of course the Jacuzzi was the big attraction. It was such a special treat. It took sometime to fill up but the wait was absolutely worth it. I enjoyed the peace of just being in the water. We rested, enjoyed watching a night movie in a well decorated comfortable space. The apartment was peaceful, even though it's so close to many shops and restaurants. The washing machine was a great bonus. The location was brilliant, with lots of restaurants and shops. Within small streets, easy for walking that is away from buzzing mainroad traffic. Would recommend Kori's Korean restaurant and Berco's Chinese restaurant that are near by. This was a transit stop for us, and the apartment has made it extra special and comfortable. Thank you, would definitely stay again

He was an exceptional host, always available and eager to help with any questions or requests I had. The place itself was stunning - beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect too, with plenty of great restaurants & cafes just a short walk away. What really made my stay stand out, though, was Manuj's attention to detail and his commitment to making sure I had a fantastic time. Swapnil is very polite and gentle host. Highly recommend his place. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at his place. The apartment was spotless beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. He was always quick to respond and provided helpful local recommendations. This is a great place to catch up with friends or have a get-together. With ample crockery and basics for cooking, it made our stay smooth and home-like. However, I did notice that handwash was missing in the bathrooms. I believe it’s a basic necessity and should be provided for added convenience.

Incredibly cool spot. Two big private rooftops at 2 levels. Very stylish industrial/glass design. Host was super fast and helpful even when booked last minute. would stay again.
