I told Craig that I have heavy bags and he kindly offered to help me since there’s a few steps up to the apartment. He even came by and helped me with my heavy bags again and took me to the train station. The place fits two perfectly and it was very cozy and warm. Craig always answered my questions and replied to my emails. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and I like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Almost everything is close by; restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Thank you so much Craig.

I found the apartment more than I expected, very nice place to stay. Dominic was a very good host, very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay there again, good value for money

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, vraiment. Le logement est tout à fait idéalement bien situé (en plein centre ville) ; il est conforme aux photos et très fonctionnel. Tout pour nous a été absolument parfait. Nous n'avons rien à redire, au contraire, et reviendrons volontiers. Quant à Philip, qui nous a accueilli sur place, il est très sympathique, un hôte au top ! (il y avait la barrière de la langue, qui n'a pas permis de longues discussions, notre anglais étant ultra limité, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de le trouver très très sympa !!). Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations, (notamment sur ses restaurants préférés : info appréciable quand on ne connait pas la ville !). Philip est un très bon hôte. Nous reviendrons volontiers, autant pour l'hôte que pour le logement ! Tout nous a plu.

Such a great stay.. We found checkin was straight forward. Beds were really comfortable and most of all it was really clean. It felt like there was a lot of space and having two proper bathrooms made a big difference to the stay. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, would 100% stay again

Cosy, comfortable, peaceful yet easy to get to. A beautiful spot, safe off-street parking. Lovely high ceilings in the cottage, finished to a high standard, free of clutter yet with everything we needed. Marcus was a great host; checked in on us after we arrived, very friendly and helpful, responsive to questions. Would be very happy to stay again in the future.

Enjoyed this place felt at home instantly, will definitely be back again in the summer time, the bar was great would definitely recommend ☺️ thanks for having us x

This was an ideal place to stay when travelling. It was clean and cosy with everything we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Anna made us very welcome and I will definitely stay again 😊

Lovely and clean with thoughtful additions, like clingfilm to cover leftovers in fridge, tinfoil for oven trays to make cleanups easier. Milk and butter in the fridge and cereals, teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable with lovely soft bed linen. Woken by Mr Blackbird singing 🎶

The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a great stay at Mun’s house! The house was clean, comfortable and as described. We stayed to attend a music concert which was within walking distance and popped into the city to do some shopping which was only a 10 minute drive. The area was quiet and safe and check in details were straightforward. Mun gave good recommendations of local places to eat and was very friendly and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we are in Birmingham :)

Joy has been great at communicating with us from the start. Clear instruction and the house made us feel welcomed right from the start. There was no hassle and we enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely two night stay, just what we needed for a weekend getaway to relax. Loveliest of hosts, very responsive & gave us late checkout which was a lovely addition! The hot tub was lovely, and the house was very clean and had everything you could have expected! Private parking, with cctv overlooking the car which put us at ease. Would definitely come here again! ☺️

Great place, great location

Great apartment! Plenty big enough for 6 adults, 1 baby & 2 dogs. Plenty of bathrooms which was nice not having to share, great location (if you don’t mind a bit of a hill walking back) beautiful place to sightsee and get out and about. Kiran was great, asked for some recommendations and he had a full guide ready and had plenty of stuff to recommend.

This place was convenient and perfect for our needs. Leah was very friendly and helpful. Even left us sweets and chocolates!

location and the accommodation surpassed our expectations. very light and bright. worth walking into town too. very nice and friendly bakery nearby which should not be missed too.

Anybody that wants to go the peak district and derbyshire dales, this is the place for you. This was ideal location for us, Matlock & Bakewell both 15mins away, Chesterfield was even less. It couldnt have been better. The accommodation was excellent, peaceful, private and more than enough room. I particularly enjoyed the walk in shower and the bed, it has to be the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Everything you would need was provided including wifi, Netflix and an area for the dog to have a run about. My wife I enjoyed our short break, I fully recommend this accommodation, this has to be the best air bnb we've stayed at and we've stayed at a few. The hosts where very nice and friendly, will differnetly like to go back.

Aubrey's place was perfect. walking distance to the station for work, really quiet and peaceful. We were able to sit out in the back garden over looking the canal watching the world go by. our son who is at the uni could walk up and visit. All in all we were very happy. Thank you 😊

Fantastic weekend 👌🏼 The apartment is beautiful, stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location perfect for strolling into the village and/or exploring the surrounding area (Bakewell 30 mins away). Angus is the consummate host…friendly and responsive. A lovely penthouse apartment ideally situated just 2mins walk to the town centre for plenty of bars and restaurants. Responsive comms made things quick and easy and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nottingham.

Really great apartment just down the road from the train station for very easy access to Resorts world for a concert we were attending ! The space is just as described and was very easy to get into and communication was great!
