A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

A beautiful, private, quiet space with great big windows looking out over Sunday River-stunning views!! Easy access and quick communication with host. Would highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy all Maine has to offer.

Chelsea’s place was great. Roomy space with comfy beds in quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela's! She provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. There's a ton of hiking, kayaking, and restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. There are a few food options and shops within walking distance as well. The apt had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Suzanne was a great host. She made check in/out easy. The location is great for skiing, hiking or anything outdoors. Plenty of great restaurants or use the kitchen and cook in. We will be back!

Angie’s place truly feels like our home away from home. She thinks of all the little things that make a stay comfortable. We enjoy being able to cook while away, check in/out is always a breeze and 7 nights seemed to fly by with all the things to do e.g. Sunday River, skiing, local stores and the Gem Theater for those rainy days. We look forward to our next stay already!

Victoria was an excellent host! The private space was comfortable and amenities provided for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I felt right at home and was able to sleep with the windows open on the first night of my week long vacation. Portland, ME is less than an hour's drive on the Maine Turnpike with reasonable tolls ($1 cash only! Staying in ME/NH don't let the car rental coerce you to buy the toll pass ). I liked following US Hwy. 1 for a scenic adventure. The location is a short 25-35 minutes to York and Cape Neddick, Long Sands and Ogunquit beaches. Ogunquit, as Victoria suggested, has lots of quaint local eateries and shopping venues. The area is very walkable! For leaf peepers the area is drivable to Massachusetts, Vermont, Northern and Southern New Hampshire, Northern and Southern Maine. Be aware of many restaurants and local attractions are closed seasonally, but there much to explore and see in this pristine New England paradise! I look forward to a return visit soon.

This was our 2nd stay with Jason & Meghan! They are exceptional hosts, providing everything we could need. They live in the attached house and this came is so convenient when we realized we forgot our cribbage board. They didn't have it but offer other games which we enjoyed! After spending the 1st day at Bretton Woods, the 2nd day my GF and I were right at home relaxing and enjoying time away from our busy lives in this cozy apartment. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

The rental was clean and quiet and was a great value. Monica was super responsive and very friendly. The chickens were also adorable!

Kim’s place is very quaint and is well equipped to make full course meals. The backyard and pool are incredible! You can easily star gaze from the backyard and soak up the sun. Her and her husband are very on top of the property, so it looks nice and continues to stay nice and inviting. Kim was quick to respond when I needed anything and she was great to work with. She is open to long-term stays, so if you’re looking for a 3+ month rental, then I encourage you to check out Kim’s place!

We have stayed here a few times and will return. Diane is a wonderful host. It is like a home away from home, with everything we needed, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, clean linens, cloth placemats, ample towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, abundance of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very quick and efficient. Very clean, cozy, comfy, environment.

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Our family has stayed at a lot of air bnb rentals and this was one of the nicest! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the walkway down to the rental. The snacks/breakfast items provided were so helpful and made getting ready for skiing the next morning so easy since we didn’t have to take time to find a grocery store or restaurant. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with and we’d stay here again in the future.

Good space, clean, quiet, will visit again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Vicky’s. The apartment was prefect. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids had a blast sledding. We skied Waterville and Cannon. We also visited the ice castles during our stay. We hope to return to Vicky’s in the future!

This place was very cozy, warm, and inviting. I stayed here to visit my dad who lives nearby, and it was really convenient. I had a hard time finding it initially, but after that, I was good to go. Thank you, I hope to stay there again.

It was great stay with family, had wonderful time at house and it was clean and neat. We stayed two nights and everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic time at Caitlin’s condo. The room was exactly how described. The view amazing! Loved that we had the top floor. It was so quiet and the fireplace incredible!! There is so much to do there! We loved the outdoor pool. Also, Caitlin gave us great food recommendations! We ate very well! Honestly, it was a magical trip. The only thing that I had trouble with was the plug in Jacuzzi tub. It wasn’t staying down. But, at that point we had done all we wanted that day. It’s close to everything too! We loved Chef Bistro! Great food and staff so friendly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Oh, we even had a sleigh ride at Nestle Nook Farm! Thank You Caitlin!!!!

Loved the location, beautiful spot and lots of family friendly activities. Great host with great communication, we were very comfortable away from home!

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!
