Had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Will definitely be back as we loved it so much. The lodge was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was absolutely amazing! Stunning lodge, big private garden and beautiful, quiet surroundings. Easy check in and check out too. Host is helpful and responsive. 10/10 stay!

Wow! What a gem. We had a wonderful time at Willow cottage. The cottage and grounds are beautiful. There's so much to explore! Our children loved the park, pedalo, tree house and animals. We loved the log burner and outdoor fire pit. The cottage is very well equipped with good quality essentials and the entire cottage is spotless! We especially appreciated the welcome basket of delicious goodies. Hilary is a wonderful host and has mastered being on hand for any questions you might have but giving you total privacy. We were encouraged to explore the grounds and Hilary even took the children down to see the animals one morning. There are lovely walks in the surrounding area. We hope to return.

This was exactly as it was described a lovely peaceful area. The cabin was spotlessly clean and the bathroom facilities were excellent and very close by. A little walk up the river into the lovely village offered some lovely pubs for great selection of food and drinks. We would love to stay again.

We had a brilliant weekend at Shanie’s gorgeous cottage. The decor was incredibly tasteful and homely, the welcome pack was really thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Extra logs and high chairs were supplied when we asked and we felt very well looked after. My two young boys loved the secret garden and countryside. We would love to return in summer to enjoy the beautiful surroundings more.

Loved my stay in the cabin and slept so well. The moon, the trees, the canal, Hebden bridge and the amazing walks. A great stay. Kay and Paul were really lovely and seemed very caring. They left me to have lots of space and autonomy whilst letting me know if I needed anything they were on hand. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and comfortable. Granary Cottage was equipped with everything we needed and Phil, the host was so helpful and friendly. Ideally located for wonderful local pubs and further afield to York and surrounding area. Will definitely be back

the Hosts was great the location perfect for a quiet weekend away only a very short drive to shops and town centre the indian takeaway was absolutely amazing the Black Cardamon would certainly go again

Fabulous cottage a short 2 minute drive from Ripon, just as we wanted a peaceful area in the countryside but not a million miles from civilisation and also luckily M&S Food Hall. Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, lovely utility area helped us keep on top of a dog and baby. Great welcome pack and information pack with great recommendations of local activities and restaurants. The bicycles for use were perfect to explore local lanes with. Kitchen well equipped and not 1 but 2 cosy fires. Nice enclosed garden area for your dog but also a larger area if required and hose for those muddier walks. So pleased Shanie and Tom were able to accommodate us for a last minute booking it made our first holiday as new parents very special.
