Beautifuly furnished house ,perfect for a weekend with friends. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was well maintained & just what we needed to relax. Jo was a friedly & very helpful host ,I would recomend anyone to come & stay at this beautiful peaceful location . Thank you for a lovley weekend at you tranquil home .

Gorgeous house for a girls weekend away. The house is absolutely amazing, especially the kitchen! There’s loads of seating in the kitchen & living area with games included which we loved. Plenty of parking, super peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views of the sunset. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back 🥰

We loved our stay in this cottage. It was very spacious with a large comfy living area and 2 good sized bed rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Located off a quiet high street with parking at the rear for 2 large cars. A beach in walking distance, plenty of local shops, pubs and a fish and chip shop. Ideal for visiting Scarborough, which is just 4 miles away. Perfect for a family trip away and would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, easy to walk to all the best spots in York. Beautiful, charming and spacious apartment for one or two people. I didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped with ample counter space and seating. Bed was very comfy. Would stay here again

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. The apartment was spotless, incredible views and some lovely extra touches/treats provided (which were very much appreciated - thank you!). Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Frank’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It is exactly as described, so if you like what you see you should book it. The location was great, really close to attractions but very quiet at night.

Lovely place . Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the town centre . Amy is quick to respond and very polite . Clean bathroom, kitchen ,Warm and cosy place . Issue with the TV was solved immediately. Would love to go back .

I just had a very comfortable 3 night stay at Laura's apartment. It's a well designed space, with full kitchen and bathroom, and good sized living area, all well finished. Great place to come back to and relax after a day out in the local, very beautiful, countryside, just a short drive away. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally too. Good bonus to have private parking. Excellent value, and I'd happily recommend staying here.

The apartment is really near to the city center. We found it clean and in the same conditions as photos. Reception of the hotel for the keys is 1min walking, and they also give us a copy of the keys (as we was in 4 persons). We also reserved the free parking in the same building. Everything OK!

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

We required accommodation in York a short walk from the Barbican with secure parking; we could not have been more pleased with this wonderful apartment. Along with two double bedrooms, the apartment has two bathrooms which was an added bonus. We arrived in two cars and Dagi had very kindly managed to pre-arrange an additional secure space which avoided us having to find a car park in York. Dagi and Chris were very responsive and helpful to any queries we had. A nice touch was having milk in the fridge, brioche buns on the side and coffee pods supplied, all together this made us feel very welcome. I can highly recommend this property due to its location, cleanliness and very attentive hosts; if ever we visit York again I will book this apartment.

Perfect location for exploring York centre, 5-10 minute walk. Car park was expensive at £20 a day, but the accomodation being reasonably priced made this acceptable! The place itself is very clean and nicely decorated, also has everything you need. Plenty of food shops to choose from within walking distance. Car park and accomodation were easy to find, phone map takes you straight there. Checking in is easy, info is very clear. Really pleased we booked this place as we had a lovely two night stay. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

An absolute gem of a place in York, we loved it and will definitely look to go back later if possible. Location is superb, close to everything! The apartment is stunning, extremely comfortable and just very well laid out and furnished with great taste. Chelsey is an excellent host and communication is first class.
