Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

We had a lovely stay at Carr Cottage. It was clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped with all we needed for our two night weekend break. We had already decided what we planned to do before we arrived but there is so much to do in the area that we shall have to return!Thank you to Ingrid and Rik for sharing your beautiful cottage!

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!

As always cottage, was beautifully clean and prepared for us and our dog. As we ate in this time were impressed that all the utensils needed were there, hosts were as attentive and welcoming as always. Highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be returning.

Four of us stayed for a couple of nights. Check in was easy, a useful guide book was on the living room table, clear instructions were left. Grant was a great host and responded promptly to any questions. The location was lovely with a nature reserve nearby and walking distance from the city centre and station. We had a lovely time.

The home was warm and cosy, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. A well equipped kitchen let us prep meals, and a spacious lounge + dining room let us relax after a busy day. We wouldnt hesitate to come back next time we visit.

Great place to stay and had all the creature comforts required when away from home. Great host and the communication was good.

We had a lovely stay at Kate's house. We loved walking into town through the park along the river. The house was clean, stylish and comfortable with outside space. It was also great to have parking and take our dogs so we had a super time at Russell Street.

Upon arrival it was easy to find and beautiful surroundings, it was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin itself was beautiful and very modern. The staff were very helpful and always willing to chat to you and the restaurants were beautiful. Highly recommend

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

I can’t recommend this stay enough we had all the check in information and features before our arrival making it seamless. The cottage was beautiful, so many little touches that just made for a great stay from the minute we arrived. We will definitely be back x

We had a very comfortable stay in Lucy’s flat. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was well equipped, the heating was super efficient, the decor was delightful and bed super soft. We were visiting family who live nearby so the location was perfect for us anyway, but there is certainly plenty to do in the area - coast walks, gardens, countryside, historic houses etc. We would definitely recommend to others.

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

It was incredible!!! Stunning views, our stay could not have been any better. We all had a wonderful holiday. Pool, hot tub, tree house, lots of space for children to run and play football. Just fantastic. Thank you to Alan for coming to our aid when we put key into wrong door & got it stuck. Thank you David for everything!!!!

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at the property, my family loved the Lobster Pot, Andree was very welcoming and sent an email entailing everything we could possibly need for our stay, Andree left wine and cakes for our arrival and my son absolutely loved all the board games to chose from, there was ligerally everything you could think of at the property, we even bought new batteries for the tv remote and later found that Andree had them covered in the kitchen draw, the cottage is lovely and a credit to Andree, thank you for a lovely stay and would love to return soon.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

Morgan Cottage is an exquisite, beautifully appointed cottage in tranquil, picturesque surroundings. From the moment I booked, the communication and facilities were flawless. Attention to detail 10 out of 10….and I’m not the easiest to please. We soaked in the spotlessly clean hot tub under the stars and cooking in the well equipped kitchen and rested in the comfiest bed ever! Simon and Lynne also personalised our stay recognising our birthdays and the personal events that were the reason for our holiday. Thank you from each member of our family of 5 and 2 dogs….we made precious memories to last a lifetime. Erica and family 😀

The cottage was just perfect for what we needed. Great location to visit Skipton and up to Malham Cove. The accommodation was extremely clean and very cosy. Felt really at home and great to come back and relax after a days adventures. Mel and Jason were really helpful and responsive to all our questions. If we’re back in the area, we’d definitely look to book again. Thank-you ☺️

Harry is a very responsive and friendly host, anytime I asked a question he would respond within 10 mins, very quite and peaceful area for my reactive French bulldog. Completely private, easy drive in access, the place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. 100% coming back to this place. They even give you a free field session for your pup to run about off lead for free! Thanks again Harry

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. Belinda’s chalet is spotlessly clean, with lovely attention to detail in terms of decor/accessories. It is also in an excellent location, close to the seafront and just a few minutes walk along the prom into Bridlington. A cosy base for our mini break I can thoroughly recommend it!
