Immaculate flat with stylish furnishings, very comfortable beds with luxury linen. A comfortable lounge and a great kitchen. It was impeccably clean throughout. Highly recommend and will stay there again in the future. 10/10

What a lovely place! Everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing break with breath taking views! Although our booking was last minute Debbie provided all the information we needed quickly and we felt relaxed from the minute we arrived. It definitely won’t be our last visit to The Boat House.

Other than some building work to the outside of the property (not the host's fault) this was an excellent place to stay and Max was always very quick to answer any queries.

A wonderful stay at the Boiling House. David was very friendly and full of lots of information about the area, to enable us to make the most of our stay. We felt comfortable from the moment we got inside, all lovely and cosy and a great location. We ate at the Royal George one evening and at the Cod and Lobster the second. Both extremely good food. Long walks in the day to take in the pleasant sea air! Thanks for having us David, we’d definitely recommend! 😀

Wow! What an amazing place this is. Just as seen on the pictures. Beautifully furnished, the hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay. The location is right on the beach with access to Filey and other places only a short drive away. Vanda is a great host. She was really flexible with our requests for extra time to check out and responds quickly. We will be back!

This is a great property in a perfect place to explore Knaresborough, Harrogate and beyond. John was easily contactable and gave very clear instructions on how to locate and access the property. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. To note, the third bedroom is very small (one single bed) with no room to fit a travel cot in. We had a wonderful stay and would return!

Shoreline is such a lovely calm and relaxing house to stay in. Beautiful interiors and a wonderful view over the estuary. Well equipped throughout and most comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with strolls along the foreshore and under the magnificent Humber Bridge.

This is a wonderful rental property. It is perfectly situated on the river but only a very short walk from the centre of York. The property is beautiful inside- spacious bedrooms with lovely antique furniture in all the rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with absolutely everything you could think of. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and kindly left us chocolates , wine and fresh flowers!! This is a wonderful property!

A perfect cosy cottage to base ourselves for an October break in the Yorkshire dales for a 3 generation holiday. Lots of games, local info, wood burning stove. 3 pubs close by, we enjoyed the quiz at the bluebell on Thurs night. Lovely walks to Starbotton and Grassington and we visited Stump cross cavern and Malham cove. Highly recommend 👍

Absolutely lovely place. Very clean and spotless. It’s in a great location. The hosts are very welcoming and could not do more to help. There was some lovely personal touches for one of the guests birthday. Communication was great, it’s really puts you at ease when hosts are so communicative and forthcoming! We most certainly will be back!!

We had a lovely stay in York at Karen’s place! It was ideally located so close to everything. The flat was lovely and really perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend for exploring York. The milk / tea / coffee was a lovely touch. Thank you!

We loved our time in Whitby! Amanda’s place is cozy & clean and she was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants & activities - she’s the perfect host. The gorgeous sunrise over the North Sea is visible from the cottage. I’ll definitely be back! If you come, you have to visit the Whitby Abbey, less than a mile away and the views are spectacular.

This was our third stay at the property, so it goes without saying that we love it here. The apartment is in a great location, just a very short flat walk out of Whitby centre but with great views of Whitby and the harbour. The apartment was immaculately clean and warm. The welcome pack of tea, hot chocolate, bread, biscuits, wine and milk were greatly appreciated. Thank you. We will be booking again very soon 😊

looking for a walkable and affordable place for York at the same time is hard but this is a gem! a very secure studio apartment with secure parking and 10 - 15 minute walks from the centre I couldn't have been happy. Nick was super responsive and helpful and takes on customer feedback! wifi was decent, shower was lovely, bed was comfortable and it is the perfect size for a couple of night. Will probably stay here again if we ever come back to the city of York

We loved our stay, we walked over 30 miles in three days and I did a further 19 miles running. the dogs weren't the only ones happily shattered. we had great weather which helps. be aware the apartment is east facing so in the summer you'll get sunshine longer in the mornings and be shaded in the afternoons. a couple of chairs somehow for outside in the summer I'm sure would be nice, though the front sliding windows do fully open, but was too chilly for us this time. we'd love to go back at some point. thanks for the lease of the flexible hose to wash the dogs Sammy, all the best.
